Although the space is little congested but the staff and the dealing with customer is really appreciableFinally I purchased Gixer 150 from here. Tired to visit the place so i can take some information about the installment plans they offer. Went there before 6:30 at the gate. The guard didnt let me in. He said we are closed. And he was holding the door like its gonna run away. I asked him what is the closing time. He said 6:30. Showed him the time my phone. It was even 6:30 yet. And i even requested him that i only need some info. But he said we are not allowed. You have to go. Pethatic service.

Gud but one time i called them the said we have the part i travelled along way from gulshan e maymar to there when i reached there they were saying that sorry sir we dont have this thats not the way now yesterday i was there and completed my bike work

Neat and clean.a little space inside as they park all bikes inside due to Covid19 any how manager Mr.jamshed was so humble and giving all info and processing my him self. Good service till now. Maintenance Mechanical staff was so good in there field.

Very bad service they are no maintain the inventory . No battery no rcluch Cable etc. Almost same issue at all locations.

But after you buy from them suddenly their behavior and tone will change as they are not interested to listen you. I didnt like their behavior . Not professional

Timings: Mon-Sat 10 am - 6 pm.You can buy new Suzuki bikes and also get service /repair of bikes.

Waiting time is too much but comparing with macca motor they have better mechs ...

Bike tuning need one hr prior to get early 1/2/3 no so your bike tune in first row, from 10 to 10:30 half hour to be properly one, then take 45 minutes to change oil and filterSuzuki need to increase service center its very hard travel 17 km from memon goth to gulshan just to change oil and filterIt take lot of time to drive then wait wait wait. It really sucks

Too much crowded, and some mechanics are not responsible enough to maintain your bike condition. Supervisor is also not seems interested to make you satisfy with the work...

I bought my first motor cycle from them and I got some great services. And I witness some very honest salesmanship. The only downside is that this place has a very busy worksop so I havent been able to come here to get the regular vehicle check up done since they do first come first serve service and it is all full all day.
