Went for periodic maintenance, Mr. Tariq Siddiqui, Supervisory in charge was very cooperative and guided all technical matters for best performance and maintenance matters and make sure my full satisfaction. Staff was also good

This is unbelievable. Attached three pictures were taken when I drove my car back to home after full service amounting Rs. 800/- and I realized that I went to the wrong place. This is how IG Motors (Federal B. Area) treating their customers and this is how we are wasting our hard earned money.

There services is all the same like dealers, nothing special. If you complaint there work they dont handle it. You find keep silent.They dont give you any inspection report of car before booking. If any thing damage in workshop that will go in your account.

I purchased Cultus in May 2020, at reception Miss nazia , manager was very friendly & guided properly. Although even at the time of corona pandemic I still had to pay OWN to IG motors to get the car quicker. Two services have done so far, & Service response personnel Mr. Junaid response was good/prompt.

Pathetic service. Went there for an oil and filter change. They charged me 940. Said they changed the oil but I found out 3 days later that I still had the old oil.Moreover they told me that the system was down so they couldnt give me a receipt.

Very poor service. Didnt even give the caps that come with wheels of my new car. And when I later asked them for it, they refused saying they cant do anything about it.

First time I visit there for vibration issue in wagon R. they offered me golden package and commit me k all issues would be resolved.. but after they handed over the Car I found in worst condition then before..The golden package has following servicesTunning, wash, wheel balancing, alligment, break service.But I havent found any difference. When I pointed k vibration is still same so they replied k wagon r Mai tou ye issue Hy.. after making 10,000 rupees.. aur phir bus topiaa.. they didnt care.i m sure that they havent done any thing except billI know need to take car to better workshop againI simply dont recommend any1..

Average services, but as there are mostly workshops are full of footpathya mechanics they have some skills. Parts advantage as well but must keep an eye over old one and must get back them to ensure replacement done. Its location is suits most of the people but getting appointment every time feels awkward sometimes.

Looking improvement as compare to last service.

The location is a big drag. Little space for visitor car parking, the side street is usually very busy with horrible traffic.The sale staff is good and cooperative. They would offer you extra services to make you their customer which is a good thing...

Took more time to make my cash receipt then the time to fix my GS 150 motorcycle. They said there was a new system which they were having a problem with. I just had to get indicator lights fixed. Although the service of the people in garage was great. Good thing about the place is that it is a showroom plus a car workshop. Might cost a little more then usual but definitely worth it if the service is quick. Great location though. Good capacity. Staff could be a little quick in getting things done.

Its an average place for car maintenance. Dont visit in second half as they will return your vehicle on next day.Roman Aslam the technical advisor working here is the best guy I have ever met in Suzuki IG motors. Extreme support and customer care. Highliy recommended to ask for Roman Aslam to be technical advisor for your car maintenance. I m sure that he will satisfy you.
