I have purchased my GD110s from Mandviwalla on 2nd Oct 2020, and since 1st day i am facing noise when bike is running in slow & gear is poising. I have show at 1 st time & technician said I will check all the bike & remove every complain but when they given me after their work same problem were occurring again. 2nd time with 2nd free coupon i have told them & the technician said i will & resolve the issue, when i go to received the bike as their given time but unfortunately the same problem was persist . . . i then told to technician sit with me & check the problem then he observed the problem & told its aan engine problem & we are not doing these type issue please go to Saddar FR suzuki motors for this issue.They have spent my both free coupons & 1.5 months due the non-professional technician response.

They deliver vehicles on given time. They accurate in timings which they commit. Their service quality is good. But I have a complain when claim insurance of my vehicle and left my vehicle at madviwala at the time of receiving the color of indicator light was different from company fitted because I changed one of the now their color is different that is my bad experience with madviwala.

The place is at far off and a rather deserted location. There are no near by shops to buy something to eat while waiting. They should arrange for a little tuc shop at their premises because mostly one has to wait for a considerable amount of time while get any job done on the car.

Very disappointing! the unprofessional staff really lets the dealership down. I had taken my car twice for the same issue, the car required periodic maintenance but the car was delivered in worse condition than that it was left in. Also, the wiper nut covers were misplaced that they simply took off another car and placed on mine.Unfortunately, when I met the owner (who was sleeping by the way) he called in the service quality girl who is just there to calm people with false promises.I have gone in twice but have promised myself never to go again, if you do choose to go there I recommend that at least get another opinion otherwise they may persuade you for unnecessary replacements and very high service costs and still deliver the car in a pathetic condition.

Excellent services, these guys are really extraordinary, went in there with a faulty navigation panel which I realized after the warranty ended, there was a service representative who assured me that they will replace the whole damn thing with a new one which they did. Kudos to Shoaib Iqbal.
