On 11 Jun 2020, I went to this branch to close my account. I really hate coming to scb branch earlier because they dont seem friendly enough. And hardly help any one. But on this day a lady named Annie saw me from far away and came to help me. She helped me out and made this experience so easy for me. To close the account I had to go to 4 5 different desks. She guided me at each step and in the end it all looked so easy. If any one wants to open account at SCB or create a credit a credit card, I would highly recommend to go there and ask to see her. If all banking staff could show this much cooperation, no one would ever have any complaints with banking staff. Thank you so much for your help. I left the bank giving her lots of Duas.
