Ordered delivery... Have always loved their prawns.. and my wife loves their sushi.. superb food.. have dined in as well before covid and its worth the money.

Its a nice place, we had a good experience. They served the food in the car too, which make the day.... Only shortcomings was that they mix our leftover with someone else...so they need to improve on it...

TL;DR - expensive food which isn’t good at all.My friends and I went to Tao today. This was my first time and I was really excited to try it out after hearing such good things from my friends.It was a really bad experience. First of all, we had a reservation for 745pm. We get there at 750 and our reservation is gone. The response was that they got customers and couldn’t say no. We waited for 20-25 minutes to get a table.Once seated, we ordered the Californian sushi, dynamite prawns and chicken. That was really good. Definitely enjoyed those.Next came kung pao chicken, Thai red curry, pad Thai and egg fried rice. The pad Thai had ketchup and was extremely sweet. This was the first time in my life I tasted ketchup in a pad Thai and it was a very unique experience. One I would never want to do again.The kung pao chicken, and red curry were really bland.The crispy beef took longer because they were out of it. Once came, it was all crispy coating and no beef. Till the first few pieces, I was sure it wasn’t beef and asked the waiter if there was a mistake. They confirmed it was beef. Later I found one massive piece that was all crispy coating and 15% beef.Highly disappointed.

Went to Tao - Pan Asian Cuisine for lunch and what. An. Absolute. Delight!We went around 4:30 which means it wasnt lunch time but it wasnt dinner time either so it was super quiet and since it wasnt too crowded, the server gave us his undivided attention.I love love love the service! Very polite, helpful, informed and efficient servers. I dont remember our servers name but he was amazing.About the food, I can easily say I havent had such authentic Asian cuisine in the city. Not even the slightest desi touch, 100% genuine asian cuisine. And it tasted excellent. Generous portion size, perfect for two people. My favourite part is that they have unli-rice (free unlimited steamed rice) , a concept practiced in almost all asian restaurants around the world.What we ordered,SASHIMI : there is something about sushi/ sashimi thats addictive! I had it just yesterday and i am craving for it already..There were 5 tables around us, and every table had sushi! And its popularity is completely understandable once you taste it.FRESH-CHEWY- DELICIOUS!Chicken teriyaki: 10/10. Again, Authentic Japanese flavors which means its on the sweeter side like its supposed to be. They used my favourite cut of chicken; thigh, with skin! I absolutely love chicken skin which is why this was a winner for me. The sauce was sweet, sticky and very flavorful. Again, excellent.Mint lemonade: Not a fan of mint so I dont know if this is my place to say. My friend ordered it for himself and I tried it. Id still say it was better than the other mint lemonades Ive had. I personally am not a fan of mint, so I really cant say.All in all it was an excellent experience and everything was perfect, from food to service. The restaurants temperature was a bit warm when we first entered but as soon as we told them, they fixed it. Ive visited Tao twice before and had a great experience on every visit but this one not only made me feel like a valued customer but also an ecstatic foodie Definitely my go-to place for Asian food.Overall it was an amazing experience, like always. Can never get enough of this place!Couldnt take

Re-opening during covid lockdown was sad, but food is as good as it used to be.

The malay satay starter was excellent, the dynamite prawn starter was good, the green thai currey sea food was excellent, the beef dish was very good as well. While the prices are on the high side, the serving size is reasonably generous, 4 people had difficulty finishing 3 main courses. Everything was clean and comfortable and staff wore masks and followed protocols.

Very well balanced taste. But Quantity should be a bit more.

I visited this place on my friend request. I felt superb. well trained and well groomed staff. I tried a dish which my friends thought wont b a good try but it was delicious. loved my visit .

It was a wonderful experience, great ambiance, authentic Chinese cuisine place. Great thing was it has more space so almost no waiting required which sometimes become a hassle as you have to wait in such places for around 20 mins but that was not the case here.The cuisine was awesome specially the Dynamite Prawns which we ordered as starter and its first view will full your mouth with water. They were a bit costly but worth the value. Their dried beef chilli was also on spot and had much better taste then that of Ginsoys. It was overall a good experience and those who want to taste authentic Chinese cuisine then this is a must place for you.

Standards have gone a little down....used to love the food here...still its an ok place to go for the variety.....Crispy Beef is still a great option.....the sushi and dynamite prawns are also good......

Tao was recommended to us by friends and family. We visited today after making a reservation. From the moment we came in, we were treated with a lot of care and attention. Our table had seniors as well as a baby and several in between and the food appeased us all. Our overall favorite was Crispy Beef and Chicken in Lemon Sauce. Pad Thai was good too. The food was served in a very appetizing manner piping hot as soon as our remaining guests came in. The assorted nagiri platter was delicious. The place was spick and span and the indoor fountain added to the Pan Asian vibe. I thoroughly enjoy our dinner tonight. We had an issue with one dish and our complaint was heard graciously and dealt with in a very professional manner.Thank you Tao, we will be back for sure in sha Allah.

Amazing food!

Had lunch and the sushi there. Comparitively their food is medium tier but great at the cost vs valuewise. They need properly sharpened knife as two pieces of sushi were pulled cut meat. Rice was a bit falling apart from middle so harder to eat for noobs. However imho i would love to go there again for sushi.
