Despite being located smack in the middle of a long settled neighborhood, Shahbaz Commercial Area gives the look of a newly settled frontier town. There are new shops opening and old ones closing right, left and center. There are people who have rented shops but havent yet decided what to name them yet. Often the board on a store only tells you what used to be sold there not whats being sold there right now. One small area has 6 tailors shops, three of them located on the same plot, another area has three dry cleaners at a stones throw from one another. Easy Load and cellphone accessory sellers also seem to be doing good business.

Its a good place with nice service and people but the only issue is that it has very narrow roads parking area is not available. When i went there i was with my driver, he dropped me there and parked the car very far away and when i was about to leave i called him again and he came after a few mins to pick me up. All good except the parking issue :)

High end commercial area, no proper parking spaces and extremely narrow roads/lanes. While visiting, better to keep a driver with you otherwise you will keep on moving looking for a place to park your car.

A peaceful neighborhood. Some of the good cafes are situated here. The sandy beach is at a walking distance of 10 minutes. A commercial area including a food street is also at a walking distance in north east direction.

Most of the household items are available at reasonable price. Electric, hadware and paint shops along with Plumbers, electricians and Paint workers are also present. Nice food and bakery items also available.

Such a cool place, its a must visit for everyone.

Its a good market, everything you needed will be available 24/7. If i need anything or mood to eat out something special I prefer this market.

I stopped by here quickly looking for smokes, everyone was too distracted or busy to help me. I wasnt impressed and left empty handed. There are way better places to shop in Karachi. I would avoid it.

Lots of eateries facing Shahbaz including bakeries, fast-food, cafés and fancier joints. Within the market are stationery and grocery stores, tailors, cloth dyers and mechanics. Bad traffic and parking. Recommend walking.

It is one of the few markets of DHA where everything is available though a little expensive. You will find all sorts of shops including hardware, electrical, electronic repair shops, restaurants, fruits, vegetables, chicken and meat, grocery, stationery and medical shops - almost everything available there.

An open market with lots of food chains and local shops and stores. Nice place for takeout and even for eating in. Nice friendly environment and children friendly.

A small strip of worthy shops with a few banks ,Aga Khan Lab,bakers,and general store..
