Cheaters, they charge for premium bakeries but delivers ordinary Rs. 500 cakes. On top of that poor customer service and dont even acknowledge their wrongdoings.

Today i received a parcel sent by a work colleague. She sent me a get well soon flowers and chocolates bundle. The chocolates tgat I received were rotten. I have used tohfay in the past but have never realized yoir service was this pathetic. I will never use a your service, because if you send a gift to someone no one tells you they received rotten chocolate but it would definitely be embarrassing for them. You people should be ashamed of playing with peoples respect and emotions like that.

I ordered a Laal’s cake from tohfay.com, and I guess it was my own fault to not search for other delivery options. Anyway, as per my google search and basic number-crunching, tohfay.com charges 100%+ markup on orders which literally requires them to pick up an order from a restaurant/bakery and deliver to its destination. I had a conversation with their customer service rep on their WhatsApp number and he responded, “Bro we have some other expenses, We are not a courier company.”I understand they have other expenses but charging 100%+ markup is both ridiculous and unethical. I won’t be placing an order with them again unless they bring their markup/ prices to a reasonable level, which IMO should be around 20-25%.P.S. I had no other issues with the order in terms of quality and customer service was responsive.

They are liars. They never ever deliver on time. They don’t understand English. Pathetic. Horrible. Ignorant and irresponsible. Their call center staff don’t understand English. Bloody poor service. Avoid these people and do your self a favor. I will never ever choose Tohfay. Liars

Its a good initiative done by this company to spread your love to the loved ones when are far or its an special occasion and you are a bit late to reach. They deliver your love with seasonal and occasional gift to the beloved.

I have been struggling through to get their hold... Just to ask them the date/time of delivery.. I have emailed them for a callback from supervisor . Lets see if its work.... !!! So much unsatisfactory. !!!
