This is probably the worst customer service experience i have ever faced in my life. They have kept our samsung smart tv for over 6 months now, and every time we visit their shop they say that they are trying to repair it. Utterly incompetent staff and completely useless service. I am shocked how samsung has authorised them to carry out repairs on their products. Please do not take your samsung electronic items to their shop. If there was an option to give less than 1 stars, i would have gladly done so. Pathetic!!!

The technician visited my house to inspect and investigate the problem in my refrigerator is an absent minded person.Within 1 minutes of opening the back body cover he told couple of things not working and needs replacement and will call next day about charges for items need to be replaced, till now no news from Samsung.Furthermore, the technician forgot to screwing the body cover and was not even accepting his mistake when I pointed out.

Pathetic. Never get satisfied with Samsungs after sale service. They dont have parts, engineers cannot diagnose the problem and are very very expensive.

Shocked to hear the prices.... 1150 diagnostic charges,Parts starts from 5000 rs except labour charges....And even moreInfact the new TV costs not more than 30000 rs....!!! I dont recommend until the unit is under warranty

Pathetic! after one week they are still unable to tell me what is the fault in my LED. No proper reply despite repeated follow ups.

Samsung Authorised Service CentreGreat place to go to if you love Samsung and their products! Very fast repair for my screen. Whole team was great at explaining every detail and its just a grand ol time in the store itself.I didnt get to enjoy the other things the place has to offer, but Im pretty happy with the costumer service and professionalism. Will definitely come back to more!
