Had an extremely bad experience. Got a relaxer which was torn from one corner, and had actual holes. Upon complaining to the manager, he said that the said item was on discount. He didnt mention any defaults at the time of our purchase and refused to comply. Highly unprofessional.

Poor quality, flawed designs, no concept of quality control & poor customer service.

It is my worst and pathetic experience to buy goods from them - they are extremely unprofessional people especially their staff in Lahore. Has no courtesy to call and inform regarding delays. They don’t deliver what they commit.I will never recommend this place to any person rather I will make sure to spread word in my social circle.Useless and extremely poor services.

Least bothered to sell as no body gives attention/interest in showing the products (which are also quite ordinary by the way). They make sure you dont buy as it requires work.Their main khi shops broken signboards tells u how their system is running. Disappointed that i made an effort to visit them - Poor service, lazy people.

I bought a 3 seater sofa + loveseat. Worst quality of workmanship & also after sales. I’ll not recommend buying furniture from here.

They certainly seem to have quite a collection of furniture. The quality seems to be good too. I inquired regarding their prices and thats is slightly too steep which makes you wonder where is the value for money if you have bought one.

Their new store is a 4 storey building with some really nice furniture. Their office model created on the 3rd floor is really nice.

Do not buy from this company, Furniture came 2 months late and incorrect design and bad quality. Horrible service.
