Variety is ok, n place is less crowded but service is NOT upto mark at all. A lady employee from the office sat on the vacant counter, so ppl assumed she wud serve them but after doing her work, got up n left so ppl were told to join other lines. Also, their competition is now so great like Chase up, Imtiaz (my fav) & hyper etc that they really need to turn their service around.
