Carrefour, a nice place to shop whatever you want, grocery, household items, and much more. The staff is decent and very cooperative. Its safe, secure and nice place to do the shopping. Goods are wide in variety and decent in price.

Such an awesome place to visit and buy grocery items at relatively reasonable price although on a higher side if you compare with Imtiaz Supermarket. However, the eateries are relatively fresh than that of Imtiaz Supermarket. You can avail reasonable discounts every now and then.

Carrfour is not a big as in lahore or Faisalabad.Too much congested, variety is less.Staff behavior is just normal.Parking is expensive as compare to other. Malls.Usually store is jam packed with customers which is bad thing.

Carrefour is a fun place to visit for grocery and shopping for home appliances as long as you dont go on weekend because it gets very crowded. They have plenty of things to offer like electronics and sports items and some indoor games etc.Theres a section where you can find tool kits, screw drivers, emergency LEDs and drill kits. I find that section quite intriguing because they keep adding new items from top brands.Beware! While you enjoy being there and are eagerly snooping things around, you also end up spending more, much more.

Carrefour has all types of groceries and other consumer products including TVs, fridges etc. that you can buy at really affordable prices.The place is eco-friendly as well as they are one of the rare stores in Khi to offer paper and cloth based bags instead of plastic bags.

I go for groceries at carrefour at times. The isles are Big the trollies are proper functional. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Youll find almost everything here from cosmetics to electronics. From kids clothing to gardening tools.

Good place to shop on. But my advise is not to buy electronics stuff, expensive as well as not upto mark. I bought laptop from there, its not worth it.

Good shopping experience vast variety of goods including meat chicken fruit vegetables among other things huge hypermarket just like Dubai not crowded when I went maybe because of covid friendly helpful staff.

Carrefour was supposed to be better than other marts in Karachi but I guess it could not beat the competition yet, though it is larger than other marts in the same area. It is also similarly convenient as some international marts like Walmart with signs hanging above your head to mark what is where, something other marts in Pakistan lack. The problem I see with Carrefour is it is not fully visible from outside or inside Dolmen Mall.. Heck, I even didnt know what Carrefour offered until I stumbled upon it while hanging out with family in Dolmen Mall Clifton..

I purchased sony v43d when i opened at home i shocked that how it is possible the same was used product with scratched and dust.

Many commonly use commodities are out of stock on top of that with taxes the pricing of a product is comparatively higher than other super stores. Overall good place for grocery shopping. I wanted to buy a laptop but couldnt find much variety. I was told that they were out of stock which was quite surprising for me.

Generally Carrefour is well stocked and maintained but now we faced quite a few times the situation where the prices on shelves and at billing counter was not same, mostly in favour of Carrefour. This could be a mistake but frequency of this mistake has increased many times. Management should take notice of this as even ethically this is not fair business practices.

Its a very lavish mall having all top brands and Hyperstar for complete household items. Food court is spacious enough to accommodate large gathering. Lighting, interior and ambiance is so chic and refreshing. Conscious designs if each outlets offer good variety of shopping experience. Two level basement parking has enough space to get parking even in rush hours.

An unmatched, wonderful and most comfortable place in the town in fact in the whole country, to visit. Especially your courteous staff has turned dolmen city mall into our second home. I would like to appreciate Mr.Shamoon Jackson for his devotion and hard work. Though he has always been a great help and support but recently he did a marvellous job which our whole family will be grateful for and cant forget.One Sunday I visited dolmen city with my mother , husband and kids. After praying and finishing our meal, my husband and kids went to sindbad and me and my mother stayed in the food court. All of a sudden my mother went pale and uncomfortable. Her condition was deteriorating every single second.I was unable to decide what to do? It seemed she needed Immediate medical aid but my husband and kids were not there and phone was not working. With lots of shopping bags I was getting out of my mind. Suddenly I saw Mr. Jackson and called him and only told him that Ammi is not feeling well . he very quickly and wisely understood the situation and told me not to worry and wait . with in moments he brought a clean wheel chair and asked the other staff member to take care of our belongings. As I was not in a condition to run the wheel chair he himself took my mother to the AKUH first aid center located on the first floor. There a qualified doctor checked her and told us that her bp was very low . I asked Mr.Jackson multiple times to go but he said no maam its our duty . in fact at that time his verbal support also meant a lot and I didnt feel like taki g my mother alone to the car. In the meantime my husband called and we reached the parking area on basement 1. Mr.Jackson helped us in shifting her to car and then I remember that we forgot our meal ordrers there. As we have a lot of trust in him we sent our elder kids along with him to the food court and he with utmost responsibility helped them in getting the orders quickly and get them back to the car.We cant tell you that his help and support at that critical time cant be described in words. That further strengthen our bond with dolmen city .We have been a frequent visitor since very beginning. Every time we visit and Mr. Jackson greeted us especially our kids and always asks Sahab kahan hain , it makes dolmen city our home out of a home. He is always ready to help , solving problems and serving not only us but we have noticed he serves new visitors with the same devotion and kindness and respect. I was a little put off by the amount of people in the store not wearing masks, the number of children in the store again not wearing masks and the fact no effort to limit the number of people in the store at any given time was made by the employees. There’s a salad bar, a hot buffet, a takeaway and fresh juice section too. It’s not the place for everyday grocery shopping, though recommended for weekly or monthly shopping if one doesn’t mind the hassle of parking.
