Very beautiful building

Very good building to live in neat and clean environment but there is a issue of Mobile Signals because of Central Jail and visitors parking not available.

Good appartments in very old and posh area of karachi

Good nice building with in-house garden, masjid and Gym and standby generator. Only issue is water supply.

Only fault is no mobile signals in this building otherwise building and its amenities are great

Chase up largest super market and good for kids play area

Nice apartment building. Very well maintained. The only problem is its next to the jail, so phone service is restricted by jammers. Hard to order an uber or careem from their unless youve got a good Wi-Fi.

Chase Depatmental store after renovation is a good super store for shopping where you can find almost everything which you require for daily house hold purpose.

Nice project. Chase shopping mall is good attraction.

I have heard these apartments have cellphone signal issue as well as water problem, those who have experienced anything as such please comment
