Good place to live..but maintenance department is worst...you have to take stairs to go on 4th floor thats pathetic.

Absolute fraud Thanvi group. They took money and never delivered. We invested as an overseas family in 3 flats in 2 projects. Projects were never completed ... check their project spring residency in Maymaar. They always told us lame excuses and eventually advised us to take money back after keeping our money with them for 10 years. Now the money has lost its value by half and still they wont pay for full amount. There is no law for builders and their agents in Pakistan especially Karachi... Never invest with them... they are also listed in NAB notices in newspaper among corrupter builders those have taken money on many projects and many of their projects are never delivered !!

It is completely opposite to what they advertised and sold something else..no parking space no parks and no entrance on main University road. Total fraud by builders. Beware!!

The infrastructure is good.There is a Masjid in society,a market opposite to it but it lacks parking space and recreational area.

This is community family park, & only for Decent Houses residents, good maintained.

Just fair but not good. Design flaws. Construction flaws. Unfulfilled commimnets of builder. Water, parking, entrance, aub lease issues.
