Average residential project with low maintainence...conjusted parking lot..

Not recommend to anyone. Old bulding and very Unhygienic stairs most of the time drain water on the stairs and you can not even go up or down stairs as there isnt any lift available in this apartment building.

Contains all the basic necessities from groceries, bakery, hardware store, laboratories etc

Not at all a nice place to live in. Loose water in streets, seapage ridden flats. Many quarrelsome people. Although I found some people to be very sophisticated, kind & humble too. Water shortage. Worst maintenance. Some apartments are big & good ones but other categories are small & congested. A mosque inside. Carpentry, coaching centers & tailor shops & all necessary stuff shops present outside the project. Severe parking issues inside and outside the project.

It used to be a family friendly neighbourhood but now theres Too much noise for a residential area. Sanitation is a nightmare and the presence of some political criminals is not a good thing.

Old flats...with sewerage problem ...bad maintainance and water issues location is nice but very very crowded so many shops means crowd all the time no proper parking for residents and guest they have 1, 2 and 3 bed rooms flats but not recommended at all
