One of the best apartments complex in Karachi, next to DC office Karachi Civic Center. Great planning & landscape.

Not well maintained from outside. But location of Erum Villas is best.

A very decent family environment, old construction but reliable. A little more attention to maintenance and cleanliness and this place would be ideal. Both sides of the complex are open and provide good air flow.
