Excellent Apartments with all the main facilities readily available , Well educated community with high class living standard . The building management is a big plus and main reason for the success of this apartment. Very good security and excellent, fully furnished mosque and gym , people who are looking for a standard life style should definitely visit this place . The project itself is good but this project is constructed on the citys open drainage channel like a river (ganda naala) which is one of the biggest open-drain rivers in karachi and karachi is the most populated city in the world.2nd thing; the vicinity is poor & trouble-some connected with some downtown areas (katchi aabaadies)3rd; this project has huge union maintenance charges just like DHA & Clifton, why one pays these charges with nothing in hand.

I’m looking to move in this project can anyone give an honest opinion to what’s the worst part about living in this project like:Is there any water shortage issue?How frequently we have power outage?Can I install solar panels on the roof of the building ?What primary schools are nearby?Do we have educated well off neighborhood?

The best Residencial Place to live in

Nice little community. They have an indoor sports centre which basically has table tennis and a separate arena for the swimming pool. The pool however isnt as appealing as it sounds. The apartments are nice and spacious from the inside. Hallways are amazingly spacious.

A very good living standard ...... Alone project in gulshan Iqbal woh provide such facility .... Swimming pool, community building, gym , coffee shop, super store 2 floor basement parking, 1 ground floor parking , play area for kids, mosque.....

I want to move here need advice what is the rate if i want to buy one flat in this and what is the monthly rent if i want it on rent and what is the covered area of these apartments with rates both on rent or on purchase which helps me to planning my mind thanks

Nice apartment buildings, best thing about the project is its mosque, the imam and pesh imam both have very beautiful voices and Adhan is mesmerizing and Salah here is very pleasant.

We have an apartment in block A. Yet not shifted but planning to shift soon. Best living place in heart of city very close to Imtiaz shopping mall and Lucky one.

I have a bad experience by travelling with uber. Two times they have charged Rs. 120 with out travelling although these were negligence of driver. Since then I have left uber. I feel bad when I remember these trips. However I wish good luck for uber.

A very good place to live with the demerits of extremely poor locality and extremely poor access roads crowded with uneducated people.

I am living in Harmain Royal Residency. From 11th floor city view is beautiful

Pathetic union services. No respect of flat owners. Never keep their promise i.e. Glass cabinets bathroom not provided, Super store place is being used as their office and main entrance is not functional. Never provide you solutions only can act like lords.Once again its my own bad experience and will not recommend until this union service is in place
