Generally the project is good but the builders finishing quality inside the apartments is not satisfactory. Serious parking issues because the builder didnt allocate a proper parking space. They were busy in making money. In a few months from now, you wont find a single place to park your car. It is like a parking competition.

It is a very peaceful place and it has a friendly community. Plenty of space is available for the parking and amusement for the dwellers. Maintenance services are good with the security. A very good , affordable and nice place to live with family.

Went to see the flats to buy but we felt there will be problem for car parking because car parking area was not enough as compare to number of flats. May b iam wrong but i felt it, otherwise flats were good.

Its really good project, clean, new and have specious size of room. The only problem is there is they didnt have enough parking for long term and right now they dont have any planning to park vehicles. Everyone park their cars as per their wishes.Need to improve their policies and rules regarding building maintenance and make rule for parking.

Its a residential cum commercial area with three towers. Every tower is a 12 floor structure with lifts. Rafiq Premier is a gated residential scheme with commercial entities on the road facing tower. All shops and showrooms are outside the main gate. Round the clock Security included CCTV cameras gives the inhabitants a sense of security. There is a small play area and park for the kids. Parking space is less than it should have been but its a nice place to live.
