Co-operative and respectable people live here in families.Flats are well ventilated but have short structure and no wide rooms.(i have visited one flat only maybe different for others just sharing my observation can be different for others)The top floor has a penthouseThe most DANGEROUS thing is the lift/elevator it looks like you are going in a concrete-lifting-machine and its just a box with no extra-saftey.It has a under-ground parkingRent depends on flat-owner Ive witnessed 13,000PKR for 8th floor.

One of the highrise buildings in surroundings of Maymar.... Ahsanabad.

Worst experience living in this project. Unfortunately we own the place still living. Too much maintainence of the building rs5000. Too much load shedding, union is poor cannot deliver what they promise. They dont run standby generator unless they want it to. Water problem is main issue in the building waterboard has provided a line which delivers water in the tank once a week for 2 hours. For residents approximately about 500+. Union took additional 3000rs last year for installation of water line and installed it. But in the starting of october they told us that the officer who gave us that connection, has been changed and a new officer joined his post cutted off the connection and now is asking for bribe. Again our union wants us to give them 1000rs more.

I have not seen from inside but this new apartment project building looks neat, elegant and sort of upscale. Location is a remote area with patchy development. Safety issues are also there. Better avoid going by this road (Maymar Avenue) at night specially if you are new here.
