Ok please dont come here.pls dont buy apartments from al ghafoor. i have a apartment from them and i regret that i baught from them. in short they used poor quality material,their after sales service if nill by zero. in my apartment an ac and a washing machine completely burnt because of poor wiring now i ave to re wire the whole apartment. they will bring down the property value if they have some un booked units which means you will pay much more than other people,
