My family invested in their 2 projects from abroad. They sold us projects showing model apartments, but all of their promises ended in cheats and deceits. One of my family member died because of the stress in getting our money back from them. These people are day light robbers those will steal your halal money after taking name of Allah and promise on the name prophets. Stay away from this mafia if you want to avoid embarrassment and loss of your halal earnings for whole life.

The Capital society was meant for ground plus one floors houses.. Why and how flats being made here. Can anyone imagine how much will it reduce the value of the banglows in this society and how big will be the compromise on privacy of the houses and the surroundings will become different due to heavy influx of non local population. Corrupt land grabbers

We invested as an overseas family in 3 flats in 2 projects. Projects were never completed ... check their project spring residency in Maymaar. They always told us lame excuses and eventually advised us to take money back after keeping our money with them for over 10 years. Now the money has lost its value by more than a half and still they wont pay for full amount. There is no laws for builders and their agents in Pakistan especially Karachi... Never invest with them... they are also listed in NAB notices in newspapers among corrupt builders those have taken money for many projects and many of their projects are never delivered .. people have lost significant amount of money by investing their halal earning in their project ...
