I reside here for the last one year and enjoying comforts of the apartment like uninterrupted power supply, half a dozen fast lifts, two floors underground safe parking, availability of necessities around the complex, and last but not the least, primary/secondary schools in front of the Residency.

It’s built with latest facility but requires better cleaning

Good apartments with Smart school branch opposite of the apartments, and with daily necessity shops available such as Convenient store, barber shop, restaurants, clothes brand Outlet, mechanics.

I live here! There is a big compound and a fountain is in the centre of the compound. There are 2 blocks A & B and both have 12 floors and there are 2 parking areas underground B1 & B2 a mosque,gymnasium,indoor playing area and a community centre. Each block have 3 lifts 1 cargo and 2 passengers lifts.

Its really beautifully build and they got a good location wheres market nearby and the grocery shop and hotels!
