Absolutely disheartened by the careless treatment showed to my puppy when it got parvo. We kept bringing him here for its treatment and paid excessively just so it could be treated right. But the puppy relapsed when the doctors didnt realize its pains and grunts and still fed it when it shouldve been on IV. Absolutely unempathetic and careless doctors and service. Please consider some other place if your pet needs a proper treatment. Their life isnt as hopeless as these people present it to be. Better professionals are available than them whod show better environment and attention to all those vulnerable little beings.What a shame.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!I took my cat to Animal care centre for 3 months and they only made money out of my cat’s case but never diagnosed or provided me proper consultation regarding the disease.I didnt know their inexperienced and incompetent doctors will almost kill my cat.The place is always CROWDED and they barely have time to properly see your pet and prescribe the right medicine or diagnose the problem.Never ever taking my pet there.

The best place to take your pets. I dont trust my babies in any other care. Dr.Isma, Dr.Naeem and Dr.Atif know their stuff !For grooming Vicky is the best!From front desk to support staff..I love how everyone there is coordinated and efficient.This place is always highly recommended.

My 9 months old male cat, Flynn, was diagnosed with severe pneumonia, the vet i was previously getting my cat treated from told me that my cat had a very trivial ratio of survival. But I didnt lose hope, and the very next day I took Flynn to Dr Ismas Clinic where Dr. Atif treated him, he himself was shook after looking at his condition, but treated flynn which so much dedication. Now, flynn is so much healthier than before. I would really recommend getting your pets treated from here!!!

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Isma for the past 12 years now. She is a God sent angel. The love that she has for the all animals that visit her clinic is a such breath of fresh air. She is by far the most competent and affectionate veterinarian I have come across.

Dr. Isma is a pet killer, because of her I lost my precious cat. She is irresponsible and doesnt even know how to diagnose the cats. She doesnt care for the animals at all. She does not even stand and listen to what you have to say about your cats and what symptoms they have. Her staff is careless and uneducated as well. Terrible experience. I wont be taking my cats there again.

The only way Isma Gheewala could get five stars was if it it was asking us to rate her as a pet killer. She may have not killed my cat but she has turned her from a young, energetic kitten into a kitten who cannot even walk. Her liver he enlarged due to Ismas carelessness. Please pray for my kitten. Isma is a pet killer, for your own pets safety DO NOT GO TO ISMA GHEEWALA!!!The only reason she has gotten a star from me is because I cannot post without rating.
