The Arena is nothing short of perfection.Polite staff, great halls, tidy seats, and justifiable prices for tickets and food. Talk about the halls, the recliners are comfortable and clean, with proper hand cushions to seat your drinks and popcorn. Right outside the halls, theres a great lounge area (the one with the purple lights), a seating area on both floors, and clean washrooms along with it.Again, awesome edition to the list of cines in Karachi.

Great niche place to go for a movie without droves of people like in the other cinemas of karachi.

Everything was good but the entry was difficult. Its perfect for Bahria residents but hard for a first-timer to know where the entry to the cinema is.

It is spacious. The screen is wonderful. But the screen focus in Joker movie was too zoomed in and during many scenes, words, faces, etc. were not on the screen. Plus, within the building, its really hard for a new comer to spot the cinema. Even within cinema, entrance and exit doors are not clear to the audience. But once inside, youd love it. Specially the waiting lounge is amazing.

The theatre was totally empty while me and a couple of my cricket buddies watched a movie early sunday morning. everything else like the quality of the screen and sound was good. However some improvements needs to be done in the food section.

My experience at this cinema was terrible. I went to watch a 3D movie there and was quite impressed when the person at the ticket counter boasted about how they have the biggest and one of the best screens in Karachi. But the reality was completely opposite to what was told. First, due to some technical issue, the first five minutes of the movie did not have proper 3D effects. Second, the entire freaking movie was blur and I really had to put a lot of strain on my eyes to make out what was happening. Third, after the interval, the staff had to be told to turn up the volume because it felt like that I was watching a movie in my house. To give them benefit of the doubt, I tried watching the movie with different sets of 3D glasses thinking that there is something wrong with my first pair but nothing changed. I asked other people as well before leaving the cinema and they all had the same issue with the movie. Moreover, I discussed the issue of 3D effects not working properly with the manager right at the start of the movie and when he saw me coming towards him after the movie was finished, he literally ran away from me. I asked the staff to meet him but I was to wait in the lobby. I waited for 25 minutes for him but since he did not show up, I simply just left. This was by far the worst cinema experience I have ever had.

Biggest screen.. best location... Sound is best

Audio was suboptimal as the woofer or bass effect was barely noticable.Ticket price 800 compared to the other cinemas is inflated. I watched spiderman far from home there. Only a few of us were the only ones in the cinemas.

Excellent cinemas with new features of VIP Box seating. But this time I noticed a very horrible thing there. I have placed pics of the front recliners in the box to explain my point of view so that people may avoid hurting themselves. In an extended mode, when you want to recline you are all set for a filthy medical emergency by hitting your head on the very pointed step just attached with the opened recliners top part. Please admin take notice. Either apply some foam, rubber or anything to soften up the pointed step or remove it back atleast half a foot so that any harm to a child, man or a woman may be avoided. I am a regular cinema goer. I pointed this fact to the attendant on Sunday but am not sure if he could do anything. This time I intend to ask the manager also

Cinema screen is quite big and the seats are also comfortable with good legs space the only disadvantage is there is only one Cinema....

Cinema screen is good but there is no food court yet. So i am waiting for food court to open soon

Stay away will be my advice. Air con doesnt work properly and cinema is full of Mosquitoes. Complained to the management and was promise a phone call next day but never heard back.

Its the biggest screen in karachi. And the seat are so relaxing in affordible price.

Good facility but marred by untrained staff all the way; be it elevator operator or guys at concession stand. The projectionist was the worst.

Highly unprofessional attitude of managers here, specially Mr.Ahsan (operational manager), We were planning for our school students for the movie here, firstly they quote the rates to us when we had a meeting in their waiting area, afer finalizing the plan when we called him he was not attending our calls and when he attended the call so he said when did I quite the rates?And started applying the terms and conditions.Very bad and rude behaviour, highly unprofessional attitude.

Subpar sound and screen. Whats more, their roof was leaking throughout the duration of the movie. The snack choices are pretty atrocious to say the least. They just serve you some frozen K&N ripoff products and charge you blind for it. This was my first time going here, and probably my last. Go here only if youve got money to burn.

Luckily enough people still arent coming that often to the theatre... So more space, less noise, and great ambiance !

The cinema is a latest addition to the list of multiplexes available in Karachi. Situated on the 8th floor of the Bahria Icon Tower at Tariq Road, this cinema boasts one of the largest screens available. The seats are also comfortable with reclining backs. The only issue is with the building lifts, which are problematic, and can cause a bit of bad experience. Valet parking is also available.

The theater screen is good... But the show timings and crowd management is absolutely poor. The theaters being built inside a 10-15 story building was bad idea. They have only one elevator which get crowded after each show. This was the first and the last time I go there... The proper cinemas like nuplex and Atrrium are mucb better.
