In Karachi, you will find very few Hotels in this price with Really good service.Really good people and really nice services.Their breakfast is buffet so dont worry about breakfast as many hotels offer 2 sandwiches and one egg in breakfast.There are many restaurants around and one inside hotel as well.So its up to you what you like and where you like.You can order to your room with very minimal additional charges.Their rooms are clean and neat.They have a safe parking for you car as well.

A beautiful hotel located in the centre of Karachi. The hotel is conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, taxi stands and government buildings making it extremely safe.The rooms are of good quality with decent sized rooms. Staff are friendly and the breakfast consisted of roughly 10 items, all of which were nice.Overall a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended. I will certainly be back to stay here. Decent, affordable hotel. Great, central location in Saddar - easy access to the airport, PECHS, Defence & other areas. Twin room was adequate, although dusty and one of the pillow-covers had a small, dried bloodstain on it.Check-in could have been much better if the staff took a bit of care: they got our check-in wrong on 3 matters, mistakes that should have easily been avoided: 1. We were originally given a double room instead of the twin room we had booked.2. We had booked and paid for 2 nights, but the staff initially told us that we had to checkout after 1 night.3. The junior staff member also asked us to pay cash, when we had already paid via the internet.It is simple things like these that can be improved, for a much better customer experience.The breakfast food was decent, and reasonable variety and quality: yoghurt, cereals, bread, parathas, cakes and tea.

Hotel is not easy to be found by oneself. Hotel signboard is not broadly visiable. Hotel condition is acceptable but overall hotel staff (all of them) are exceptionally nice.

Nice place for non karachities

It is a casual hotel which offers straightforward rooms, a restaurant and a gym. My visit was full of surprises as I was not expecting that good a standard. The hotel offers a decent standard of living with very economical rates. The food standard is also good yet can be improved with a bit of effort. Service standard is satisfactory which means that it needs definite improvement. Overall it was a good experience.

Staff was nice and helpful however the location was quite secluded. Had to call the staff and guide the taxi driver. Furniture was alright as it’s an old hotel, overall had a pleasant stay.

Even though our check out was in the morning at 1100 we were granted a privilege to stay till the afternoon. It was really appreciated as we thought the check out was at 1400. The staff, food, room cleanliness was just perfect. Definitely, my next stay will be at Hotel Crown Inn.

It was a nice hotel .Rooms were clean and well decorated .I am impressed right from entrance staff to reception to housekeeping, all staff was courteous and helpful.I recommend Crown Inn hotel to anyone seeking for stay in Karachi.

Good location in central part of Karachi. But to enter from street one has to use several high steps. Which would be difficult for an older person or wheelchair access.

Bed sheets and pillows have stains although it was washed. Everything was clean. But there is smoking problem there. Too much smokers in the hotel. Parking is in basement which is very bad.

Good hotel, spacious rooms, well neat & clean, hotel reception staff is courteous, customer friendly, good body gestures & language, good dinning hall, taste of food is average, nice place to accommodate, yet they lack in some issues like not enough car parking, a little slower room service. Yet they welcome guests warmly and provide them environment like home when away from home

Great experience at the Hotel Crown Inn, Ive spent 4 days here visiting from Islamabad and the staff is courteous and really helpful. The rate is a bit much higher, probably because its Karachi. There are alot of great food places around here.

The hotel is overall clean and its nice if u want something cost effective. It just has a little smell when u enter the hotel but thank fully the rooms dont have any such smell. They have a breakfast service as well which is good. The saddar area is quite rushy but there are a number of plus points. The buns road is nearby so many authentic karachi food items, zainab market is nearby so u can shop local brands easily. Overall a good place

Airport pick n drop services were helpful for me. Cafeteria and the quality of food was good too. Food quality is poor

It was a 50/50 experience in living there. It was a cheap hotel and also clean to some extent. But the standard lower then normal. Usually the staff is not that much monitored which leads in poor and delayed service. Some times it leads to anger when you are in a dire and urgent need of any thing. Overall if you are in search low rates then it is a good choice but there are many other hotels which are cheaper in rates and better in Quality of service. Like Ajwa hotel at Saddar.
