Day light robber. Charges huge amount of amount for each and everything (scanning, calling, passport retaining, interview booking and almost everything). While the service is poor or very poor value of what you have paid for.

My oppointment was for 9am but my turns come after two hours of my oppointment time the waiting is really worst and most of the staff members in counters are talking with each other and do not have good focus on costumer, need improvment

Their courier service is absolutely terrible. Whatever you do, do NOT purchase their courier option. FedEx employees are rude and incompetent. They failed to deliver my passport, and I had to visit Gerrys twice to finally collect it, even though I had PAID for the courier service. They delayed my entire timeline by 3 days for no good reason.Gerrys refused to issue a refund, and their operations manager (a Mr. Haseeb) did not have the courtesy to step out of his office and even address the issue.Absolutely terrible experience.

VFS Global is private commercial of UK visa and other countries as well. You can get fast services on charges by premium lounge and other services.

I will suggest to always visit the centre before preparing for the visa documents as theres lot of difference in requirements from one country to another. Even for the same country procedures do get easier. Gerrys also keeps adding facilities albeit for a price. I am happy that we have facilities like Gerrys otherwise one has to tolerate visa queues such as China visa queue at Karachi.

I m from Afghanistan as we dont have Visa Application centre there so we have to submit our applications from other countries.So, I chose Karachi and I went with my family there to submitted my applications the staff are very helpful well mannered and professional and the person who scanned all our documents I dont remember his name was very helpful he scanned all the documents one by one spent extra time to help us. In addition, my husband called them many time the staff really helped us.Thank you so much I highly recommend my ppl to go Pakistan instead of India to save time and money.A big thanks to all of you, you guys are really amazing. I visited Gerrys UK visa application centre, Karachi. The staff there are very cooperative, professional and are very quick.They did my biometrics in 30 minutes.I advised everyone dont forget to bring your passport and keep your cell phone in your car, when you are visiting for visa application and biometrics

Disappointing that the place doesnt offer a waiting room for the person accompanying the applicant. It is disregard for the culture jn which British High Commission is operating. I drove my wife there for her visa applicartion, she does not drive (largely aligned to Pakistani culture). I am made to wait outside in scorching heat on standby just in case they need me. All they have to do is make an indoor waiting area. Please consider the matter.Attaching picture of where i am expected to wait in 36 degrees today.

This place needs improvement. The biometric room is always close and they dont call anyone till you open the door and ask them. Rest is ok. They have offered many services which are there to mint money.

Too much ofba waiting time, when it can be shortened by a small step. Waiting 30 mins for 1 min of work. Otherwise it works seemlessly, staff os very courteous, esp the visa application recieving guy he even guided me on mistakes and corrected me really fast. Gave me super service. Kudos.

Visa centre for USA, UK and other European countries. The staff is not much helpful on occasions quite rude, sometimes quite helpful though. Parking here is always an issue, its recommended to be there well before to find a decent place to park and then walk to the centre. Anyway good luck for your application.

Staff is Cooperative. If you have managed documents, there will be no delay in submission. Expected process time 20 minutes. Parking is available in nearby lanes. Be clear about the services they offer and purchase with care. Ask any relevant question you have in mind. Once you are done with submissions, contact is very difficult and too costly by phone, mails etc from outside.

For the UK Visa Application - apply online at the gov.uk website, pay for the Visa online, then go to local partner Gerrys as walk-in to submit the documents. No need to pay for prior appointment online. Just get there early, takes upto 2 hours.Location is convenient to reach, with parking in adjacent lanes. The main aim of the operation is making money, which is quite noticeable. Staff is mostly cooperative. Before visiting the Centre just read the website carefully and go with the required documents and prints of the Checklist and Application. The only documents they keep are the passports, all other documents are scanned and returned.

Pseudo professional services. main objective is to hustle patrons out of as much money as possible. everything is charged including scanning original documents. every member of the team will try to sell you a service and give deliberately vague descriptions of services e.g. the premium lounge service which the employees imply will speed up visa processing time. in reality its simply faster document submission by perhaps 5-10 minutes in a carpeted room with refreshments available. Not impressed with the work ethic and vision.

Excellent behaviour.No pressure for urgent visa just guidance .clean atmosphere ,smooth system and from guards to inside staff all responsible and well behaved.

Unfortunately they do not even know the basics, and just want to earn in thousands from each customer. The website for online application for the UK visa states that copies of either the online form or of the papers being submitted are not to be submitted at the visa application centre. Only the supporting papers will be scanned and the checklist will be collected in hardcopy. However the visa centre took a print version of not only the online application but also collected copies of all the supporting papers.

The office setup is inside of the street adjacent to main shahrae faisal - lal kothi. There is no lounge facility to complete codal formalities except walking window for answering the querry and submitting documents as provided in bahria complex gizri. However staff was okey and buildins premises was like a banglow hired on rent. Need improvements to a corporate level but yet not bed.

Dont Take bag or smart watch with you. Just put your documents in transparent file cover. Come here alone dont take anyone with you because here is not waiting area for guests even they dont let guest to enter. It will take around 1-2 hours to take your biometrics and documents scan.

It was a well organized place with professional staff earlier but these days it seems that the staff is not professional and not helpful.. they prefer to work for the agents..and very time consuming too... Needs to improve alot..

Well maintained

No need to scan the barcode seperators, they provide themselves. Their token issuance had some issues else all work was Swift and quick. I forgot to get a document scanned and after the submission I asked the counter guy to scan that remaining document, he declined by saying that I shouldve provided it earlier. Fair enough it was my mistake. And oh yeah keep the change with you, the scanning charges are 1700/ application and they dont have the change. So always take thousand and hundred rs notes with you.

Co operative staff

I have to took my Flight on 2nd of May for a 10 day Tour to UK. There website is not working they charged me 13000 PKR for appointment only. 38.40 GBP fir premium lounge and 32 GBP for walk in appointment. This is there fault but they charged me. I submitted my documents on 23rd of April and wrote an application to ECO to process my application at the earliest. I don’t know the outcome of my Visa Application yet but I am thankful to The ECO who processed my application in just 3 working days. I was supposed to travel with my team on 2nd of May from Karachi. I received the decision email on 28th of April and its been 5 days I didn’t got my passport back from Gerry’s. its Friday 3rd of May if I don’t receive my passport today then the expected date to receive the passport is 6th of May on Monday. Who will be responsible for all this? As I stated in my Application that i will fly on 2nd of May if application is successful. There helpline (9999)charges 15 PKR per minute and they know nothing. The only star is given because of their staff in Karachi office. They all were really cooperative.

This is the worst place to get a visa from and I am shocked that reputed embassies like UK, Schengen use such a sub standard company for application services . The staff are incompetent and slow and the facility is extremely understaffed . Money is asked for every small service and passport collection can take upto 4 hours even despite huge amounts of money being paid to them .This is daylight robbery . Makes you want to reconsider going to the UK or Schengen for a trip .
