An ill designed and managed building. They do not have any parking so street side lot gets overcrowded. The building only has two lifts and single entrance lobby making it look like a crowded place.

I use to visit this place because of M/s Seljuk Enterprises. Their services are unique and wonderfull. They have the most enlisting of property available for sale, purchase, construction and rent in Bahria Town Karachi. They are the sole supplier of UPVC windows, doors and other accessories.

Loved this place. Neat, clean and upto the mark of International standards. 3 elevators working but yet all three extremely busy.

A complete business place. Be careful in your business decisions there.

On main Jinnah Avenue. Easy access & parking. Always love to visit Bahria Town.
