Was absolutely perfect but needs maintenance now. It belongs to the Board of Intermediate but is being used by unsolicited youth which should be looked upon. It is near the accommodation of employees of the board both Matric and Intermediate and thus was made for their leisure but taken over illegally by surrounding locals. Necessary action is to be taken to preserve property of semi private institutes that are working towards the education sector of Karachi and some parts beyond.

The Board of Intermediate Education is located here. So if you are a student you might one day have to visit this place for your Inter degree or getting your Certificates verified or O/A Level students need to their Equivalance certificates from IBCC.The place is as expected, like any other Govt. Organization. Not properly organized, no Information counters to guide and properly advice the young students about the process or documents required. Usually people guiding other people. Stand in long queues and at the end you turn comes you will be told that your documents are incomplete or you will be given a Bank Challan to fill and deposit in the Bank which is inconveniently located outside the Center or at the gate.The staff also have to stand whole day in heat and sweat, no proper rooms, mostly like holes broken in the walls to workas a counter behind which the staff works on broken furniture with hardly any source for air or fan.What else we can expect from a Government whose priorities can be clearly seen from the Spendings the allocate and make on Education versus spending on Defence and Perks of their Ministers.
