Too many people, very few elevators. You have to wait for minites, several minutes just to be able to get in an already crowded elevator. You can go via stairs if your destinations/office is on 3rd or 4th floor. Beyond that, its impossible.

Cenima is very good. Place not started yet but only cenima.

Lovely mall, should be publicly accessible within months. Huge 3D Cinema on 8th floor. Theatre like feel. Lavish waiting area. Food court still under construction but canteen is open.

The Bahria Town Tower is an epic Construction Design but the lack of visitors parking space is very annoying.

One of the beautiful and amongst the tallest buildings in Karachi, situated at Main Tariq Road Karachi. It is a Complex building of Bahria Town, a well known real estate of Pakistan. The building has residential and commercial floors.

Excellent Mall n Offices coming up. Food court will start by end of March. A very nice cenima which will also be functional in about 3 months. Companies and already rented offices and started working. Few names who have opened offices are Samsung, Food Panda, BBC, and Hamdard etc. Only 10 shops in food court. 8th and 9th floor are food court shops and cenima. A complete building has been made for Parking. Itll be the only Cenima in the area with the biggest screen of its kind. Its likely to attract crowd. Lets see. Food court likely to be opened by May2018......

One of the beat cinemas if not the best. Must get those air conditioners up and running in the Main Hall

Nice tower in the locality of PECHS, the view from the top tier floors is amazing, you will get to see most of the Karachi from the top of this building, plus the maintenance of this tower is also good!

Best part is that this is a commercial building on a narrow yet busy main road, Tariq Road, but with a dedicated Parking Plaza ♡10 storey parking plaza for a 20 storey offices complex is a big space. Parking Floors are connected via bridges with the main building, taking you directly to the Lift Lobbies.

This has to be the worst Bahria Town project. Ill planned and very congested. The cinema experience was horrible although the movie theater is good. The crowd management is horrible. Only one stupid elevator for full load of movie goers. Very stupid of Bahria to plan this the way it is.

Amazing place. The zoo had a few animals but its very clean and peaceful place. A must visit

Needs other amenities and stores to open up up asap, otherwise quite good

Spent 500 days working here and it was a good experience. The lifts often Dont work so you have to use the stairs which is a pain in the head. Other than that a good mosque on the 9th floor with a cafeteria as well. Samsung and foodpanda have their offices here on the 13th and 20th floors respectively. The staff is comprised of Arny veterans and navy seals. McDonalds just next door so its easy to catch a meal or snack and drink. There is much to say about the parking issues. They dont allow you to park the car inside but if you pay 5000 rs which is like about 50 dollars a month then you can park in the huge area which is connected to the elevators. It seems like a haunted place as there is no development on the lower floors.

It is a huge project and people are very happy about this. Plenty of entertainment availability. A bit expensive for common people but lavish for rich people of Pakistan. Malik Riaz is working hard to provide big change for rich people of Pakistan.

Rt now Ive only seen this place in the completion phase but shows great promise packed with branded stores, cinemas and a food court with a multilevel car parking area this mall will become the best on Tariq Rd and one of the best in the city.
