A Kenwood iron I purchased stopped functioning at all in 6 months. I visited them and it was fixed within a week.They dealt professionally in receiving and handing it back to me. They need to train the front staff a bit more on dealing with customers.Later there was also a call for feedback on services provided to me.

They dont have parts for their own products. My investor Ac motor problem were detected by their technician, he took Rs 600 for his visit fee and didnt turned up. I called 3 times to the service centre, they told me that they have ordered the part from warehouse, but nothing has happened, Its been more then a month now.

Bought 3 products, two Kenwood Inverters and a Homage water dispenser. The water dispenser has been repaired thrice by this center and it has now finally stopped working completely, the cooling coil of both inverters failed, the air swing of one inverters came faulty from the factory. By far the worst quality products and after-service in the market. Ab mai inki koi cheez free mai bhi na lu aur kisi dushman ko bhi ye kachra na khareedne du.

Dont go there for juicer blenders or beeter machines they dont support customers. except AC or Washing machine .

Such a bad experience with Kenwood, I purchased 1230KS and after 10months it becomes faulty due to gas leakage. The service center had repair my unit within warranty in March 2020 and now again its not cooling due to same reason.

Bought brand new Air Condition that has a broken part. It is 15 Days now Kenwood Customer Services did nothing. No repair, nor parts availability. One of the Pathetic company I have every faced in Pakistan.

Ive been a Kenwood user since 2009, used their Ac, Mircowave, water dispenser, homage generator.....faced issued, but their support was very prompt......i would highly recommend Kenwood Appliances....

We bought a Kenwood ACs last summer! This summer there was a gas leaking issue, It is under warranty! i told them to replace the inner but they informed me that they can only repair it, Now its been almost two weeks but till date AC could not be picked up leave alone repairing/fixing it. The response of service center DHA karachi is very bad, though my house is located quite near to Service Center! Kindly resolve the issue and train your staff for promptness in their response!
