Good responsive staff here... good courier service

Non professional behaviour of staff.. They dont even bother to attend a call. Tcs should improve its standards by monitoring its employees vigilance towards tgeir customer.

You have to pick up your own package even though they are supposed to home deliver it.

I have a very bad experience with this branchcustomers service person even not attending phone properly.

Staff is not friendly

Un professional staff. No system at all, No queue or discipline. Very small space for customers.Office was full of customers for submitting or receiving their items and one of the staff was sitting behind the counter busy with counting money and just ignoring the clients. Free parking avaiable.

Timings of TCS at small places is till 5pm which is quite early for office workers.There is dire deficiency of staff at TCS Kamra and one has to wait for long time to receive his parcel. They dont deliver at doorstep in Kamra Cantt.
