It is located just east to the Tilla Jogiyan Gate.Rohtas is one of the largest forts in Pakistan, a telltale sign of mighty kingdom of Muslims. It was built by Sher Shah Suri between 1541-1548. It is a UNESCO heritage site. The fort has 12 gates and almost 4 km long walls. It has one huge water-well with stairs to draw water. This serves one perfect site to visit with friends and family for one day picnic.
