At start it was Good but now Quality is poor and also floor is not managed too much smell and many things are not fresh in condition. Three stars for previous experience new expereince might goes negative 5 stars.

It was a nice and economical place to visit with family and friends. Shawarma, zinger and chicken pieces are nice but only downside is the dine in place which is very small and does not suit family events. Their order serving service is quite slow and not organized like other fast food brands. Overall a nice experience with some improvement recommendations..

Well this is clean and easily affordable place to buy some snacks and drinks still they need to improve their quality rather quantity .Most of times you can’t find required or needed item.once I had a experience that I was looking for ice cream and asked staff for help but he was just standing there and giving me instructions that where me should find them rather he should come up for help.Management just stands at the counter and they don’t know what’s happening at the other side of the bakery. Staff is looking weirdly and talking to one another like no one is watching.

The only good bakery in jhelum. The local bakers do exist. But the brand was only gourmet i have seen in Jhelum city

At first, it was really nice how they set a standard for bakeries in Jhelum. They are hygenic, the store is big and and veriety of things. But the bad part, the bakery stuff(bread, cake, pizza) never had the quality of a big bakery. And recently, the new marketing strategy of putting their salesmen in customers faces to buy things is annoying AF! Nobody wants 2 pizza slices at discounted price when they come to buy a bread and some eggs for breakfast in the morning, so STOP!

Gourmet is great! Its not the best and the sausages need improving! (Lol!) It is lovely and my daughter loves the chicken sandwiches. It is also very hygienic with great cakes and a snackbar! Also you can enjoy some slushies eat in or take out.

Nice to have outlet of this renowned chain in Jhelum. The speciality is in its timing, its available to serve you when others are off. It should also add groceries for the facility of the locals. Rates are competitive and affordable.

Its a franchise of a Natioan wide network of bakers and fresh food suppliers. A good clean and tidey setups all around with hygene cleanliness been observed strictly. Prices are dairey and bakery products are considerablly lower than the open market. Packaging and tagging is very impressive. They have a sweet corner as well with fresh sweets arriving every day.

I love slush of gourmet bakers, other things are hygienic too.
