A very good International logistics service

I was hoping for a prompt and helpful service, but they seem to miss the concept of customer service, very rude staff who dont have a clue on how to talk with customers..... I am going to try once more to see if i can pick up my parcel which arrived on Thursday...... Please train your staff on how to interact with customers, as you work in the service industry. Your main objective should be customer based and focused....... Please Please I implore you to teach your staff better manners.

What a waste of resources.Highly unethical staff and managers and ridders.I got call from this branch for that my package has arrived. Surpringily the staff said here is the ridder number and call him. Wow.Next I tried to call him for good like 40 mints but he nerver picked up or called back. What a shame.Next late in that evening I got a message from that number telling me that I should come to visit branch before 5pm to pickup my package. Like seriously? I am 9-5 job holder and its your responsibility to deliver the goods whats the reason that I need to come? Remember its just and sms.Its been two days I am calling branch and that mobile number who sent me sms but no one is picking up. I greatly disappointed with this service and their staff.I hope some manager can read this and take action against them.Best,

Their deliveries is late in far off areas, because they have no upper management who tell them about it, so thats why as government employer have freedom in their departments so similary also tcs staff employers are free, they have no concern about customers, but with salleries.. yes enjoy tcs job

Very very poor service. They never pick calls. Late deliveries. No responses. Shipments are late, used to place in regional offices for days. If there would zero star i must chose that.
