McDonalds grand chicken meal is awesome. The service is better and more advanced than I have seen in other branches in Punjab. The environment is cool and friendly with an extra help from staff members. The sitting is very attractive and you will feel yourself having more space. My overall experience is great and I hope the quality will get more and more better with the passage of time.

Best thing was the final product. Better than anywhere else in the world Ive had a McDonalds. Milkshake was absolutely perfect whereas elsewhere it is usually too cold and annoying especially when you want to get straight to your meal

Service is good but staff isnt that helpful, to me neither to others and should have treated better to foreigner. I saw a staff struggle to understand him.

Very disappointed yesterday. My fillet fish was reheated and hard. My ice cream sundae was frozen like it was kept over night in a fridge... with some ice cream whipped on top.I take the kids every week end and to be treated like this from a chain on eid... means I will be going else were from now on.

Poor customer handling. They declined for availability of sauce with Fish fillets deal ( with payment) .....Later on after making complaint to shift Manager , food was made available. That menas staff lied to the customer & shift manager came to listen complaint after wait of 10 minutes.

I was served by this guy named Muzafir at the Jhelum facility. I apparently forgot to take my fries and Muzafir came all the way running across the street to ask me if I got the fries. This is the type of customer service we need in our country. I was amazed by Muzafirs dedication and work ethics. Promote this guy. Keep it up buddy!

Served cool burgers not even bothered to use a microwave oven to reheat it. I dont know for others it was my first and pathetic experience. But it was crowded. No extra space in dine inn area. Deal was good but it has to be hot that it seems to be freshly cooked.

McDonlads have very neat and clean that is why it is the world leading food corner. I love there hospitality and fast service and tasty Burgers . Its located on National hwy 5 Near Tulip Hotel Jhelum its near to Toll Plaza Jhehlum.

Just like at home, only here it is halal so I was able to eat and enjoy everything I wanted and loved it. I only wish we had the same halal availability in London like KFC, that is our favourite because we are able to have fabulous halal fast food all the time.

Food is delicious, Stitting place is good kids fun place is awesome. French Fries are just wow.

Manager first swiped my card, but he though transaction is taking long to process, he canceled the transaction. After 2 days i found that my card was actually charged and money was debited from my account. McDonalds management didnt refund my money even after showing my bank statement.

At peak rush hours you have to wait at least 20-25 mins for your order to serve. Only have 2 counters, one of which is mostly off. Other than that good place to have a munch. Large groups can be accommodated too.

Security is good here; first time I ever needed to go through a metal detector for a Maccy Ds! As you would expect from a McDonalds franchise: big, clean and busy place - all the classic menu plus the welcome Asian additional alternative which you do not get in Europe. Cant really go wrong here for fast food with them.

Very poor service, forgot our order, had to wait 40minutes for food. Dont recommend. These guys do not seem to understand the concept of fast food. Ordered ice cream cones, in any other macD in the world this would be a five min order to complete, here took 30mins. I genuinely do not understand the positive reviews for this place, perhaps you have to bribe them to get good service. Please save yourself the stress and avoid!!!

Very very disappointed with service.No customer service at all. What ever we ordered the answer was sorry dont have at the moment.We received our order in 3 sessions first we received chips after 10 minutes received drinks and after 15 minutes received our burgers. Almost they took 45 minutes to complete our order.I spoke with manager he said speak with head office. The head office not giving us enough staff.So was very bad experience.
