What an amazing place. Very well placed and practiced COVID19 measures. Very clean, polite and professional staff and most importantly what amazing food. Not stopping at this location should be a criminal offense.Parathas were so fresh and so good, loved it!Best Chaaye Khana spot!!!

This chaaye khana of jehlum is probably the most beautiful chaaye khana i have ever visited. the interior of the building is amazing. the location of the building is prime. one can enjoy tea and breakfast here and sit in this beauty for hours.... wonderful place

Had breakfast there. The standards are up there. Located right on GT road, its a good place to stop for a bite.We ordered aloo paratha and butter croissants stuffed with bologna and eggs. Both were exquisite. Karak chai for Desis like me is sublime. Apart from that theyve got about a 100 varieties of tea.The environ is calm and soothing. Good music and aura.

Very loyal staff unfortunately last night I missed there my hand bag but they behave very responsible take very carefully and i get back.

Disheartening.I ordered caramel ice latte, that tastes like vanilla.staff is friendly, service is perfect.But thing we come for is nasty ,No taste at all.Need to train crew well as you have prices.

Great location. Right on the GT road and has KFC, Subway and PSO pump nearby. Tea is good as always and the ambience is brilliant as well! Perfect place for gupshup and tea!

The ambience was great. The place was mostly empty (probably because we went quite early) so we got to choose our table.Sofas, lounging chairs, proper dinner arrangements - you can cater to any sort of gathering there; formal, casual, whatever.The service was great as well. They staff was very cooperative and quite accommodating. They paid attention and were always pleasantly smiling. Does wonders, that last part.And finally the food. The food was delicious. I could tell from the taste that the ingredients were fresh. The cooking/baking was all done properly and the tastes were all spot on.A very good experience and recommended to all who may want to stop for a meal on GT road.

Staff is very honest.... We forgot iPhone 7 on the table in the basement and staff gave us back bys asking, plz check have you forgot anything.

From the most welcoming security guards and reception staff to awesome food and quick service, the place has everything being managed the right way. Of all the options at the Jhelum bridge, Chayekhana is the greatest value for money.

Chaaye Khana is always my favourite go to place. Ambiance is lovely as always. I had my favourite meal in shape of Garlic Mushrooms with Toast. It tasted divine and presentation alongside their service was great. Keep it up!

Taste is different than chaaye khana in bahria town RWP and Islamabad. Rwp and Islamabad chaaye khana is better.

Nice place to visit for a breakfast or snacks. You can meet friends or contacts specially you are not planning for a dinner or lunch. Very friendly staff. Also have a smoking room for comfort of smokers.Would have given 5 stars, but felt like there is some room in improving taste and presentation of food. Overall, a worth visiting place.

Great place sit with friends, however it took them 30 minutes to serve a banana milkshake and a chae.Very expensive, there is hardly anything below 350 PKR.

Few months ago while my last visit I have faced very poor conduct by the table assistants and a serious lack of hospitality but this time I have seen new people at service who were more friendly. It was a good experience this time. Keep it up. Good hospitality and quality hygienic food is key of a good successful restaurant. It can justify high rates.

Jhelum is almost midway between Lahore and Islamabad and it was a delight to see a Chaaye Khana branch opening up there. They carry the same menu as the original branch in Super Market, Islamabad.The ambiance and decor is very nice, impressive for a road side restaurant. The standard of cooking is reasonable and can be further improved. Service is very prompt and efficient, far better than a routine roadside restaurant.Its not a cheap eating place rather one of the most expensive that you would find in Jhelum. At an average, it will cost you 400 to 800 per head for snacks and 1000 to 1500 for complete meals. Free parking and free wifi is available.

Very bad taste of tea they have.The meaning of their name is tea house but their main product TEA is nit good.But their staff is very cooperative and nice.

Chocolate Lava Cake was the only thing prepared to perfection. They served extremely dry and unappealing fudge brownie cake. Grilled fish tasted bland and still soggy from beneath. Swiss polo chicken comes with a massive potato and tiny chicken pieces though sauce tasted really good! Overall, cosy place to dine in but their continental food is not value for money!

Serving was just a lil bit slow. Rest was great. Good taste and ambience. Recommended

Delicious food with nice environment

This is a wonderful addition to jhelum, conveniently located with spacious parking. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious with excellent interior, comfortable seating and plasma screen entertainment.The food is quality with tasty fresh cakes, side snacks and main courses not forgetting the numerous warm and cold beverages available.They also have a free tea for ladies day every tuesday which is a great offer to get customers in especially women and big family and friends.ImprovementsThere are too many attending staff/waiters unable to exactly know the menu or what is available and not available therefore training required.There needs to better communication amongst them as we had 3 different attendees at times at our table which led to mixed orders and incorrect information regarding menu.The prices are relatively higher than expected for certain items especially the breakfast and main options.But all in all its definitely worth visiting especially if your have a warm beverage with a desert just to experience the warm surroundings.

Very nice comfortable and quaint place with great tasting food.Especially liked their French toast.Some of their teas could be improved.

Stopped in here for the breakfast, going back to my native city Gujranwala from Mirpur Azad Kashmir. It was drizzling and I Ordered a Latte and Cheese Omelet (3 eggs). Very tasty and nice food. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The ambiance was great. As a whole great food with great price and awesome coziness. Especially in winters I’d suggest to visit this place in the evening time.

Nice Cosy place. Good for evening tea with some snacks. Overall experience was quite good.

Mediocre and overpriced for poor service and food that was a major disappointment. That is except the chicken steak which tasted as it should have. All the other dishes we had where poor attempts to recreate international cuisine without proper ingredients.Avoid if you can. Looks great.If the service and food where as good as the restaurant looked, it would be 5 star.
