Im not normally a huge fan of malls or shopping. However. This place boasts a plethora of stores, all offering great value on quality manufacturing as well as a great range of stores for guys, gals and little ones from sportswear, shoes and recreational gear to gadgets.The food court and other joints are actually pretty good for mall-food quality.One gripe is that I wish in the food court that the staff would police people sitting in the limited seating, when there are plenty of seating options everywhere. Seeing a mom with kids, stroller and trying to feed her children but cant find a spot when people are sat there lazing on their cellphones is very frustrating and saddening to see.Other than that, very COVID friendly including nice restrooms.
This mall is so much better than Vaughan Mills in Ontario..the brands, the design and art work installations . The cleaners really put in thier hard work in making the mall so clean including the washrooms. Just wish the hours of operation was opened a bit later but its understandable due to covid..hopefully one day the mall will consider opening till 11pm but so far we really like coming here just to get a good walk around on a rainy day. There is so much to look at and not enough time since we finish work at 5pm coming from Vancouver..but great place to come since there isnt much to do nowadays.
I love the food court!! Hula has an amazing menu, great vegan / vegetarian options too! But the seating has been reduced due to the pandemic and its hard to find a table around meal times (I would recommend taking your food to-go and eating elsewhere). Currently there are signs on the floors pointing you which directions to walk in, so make sure you pay attention to those.The mall doesnt have a Chapters Indigo or a Sephora, but theres a huge variety of clothing stores and other name brands.
Some great selection store and big enough parking.Most of the store were following covid protocol.Not much options to eat inside food tables were mostly occupied or left dirty.No body was cleaning or sanitizing.
Great mall tastefully decorated. Lots of space to walk. Awesome selection of stores and outlets. Its a great place to do all your Christmas shopping, or take teens for a birthday shopping spree.
Arguably one of the most best malls I personally have been. You can walk around for awhile just to enjoy the art, and architecture. Its kept really clean as well. The stores are mostly designer clothing brands. So if youre looking for electronics, or cheaper products your options are limited. It has some decent eating options. Though the sit-down restaurant options are limited. They seem to be one of the better malls for enforcing covid regulations. Which to me is very important right now. All in all even if you dont plan to shop much there. I recommend you visit it at least once. It is its entirely own experience.
COME HERE TO CATCH COVID !Got to the mall walked in and turned around and walked out.Social distancing is not a thing here, people are shoulder to shoulder. Masks are optional. Customer service is rude and they dont care. Nobody is enforcing anything here. There is no cleaning nothing is sterilized in the food court or washrooms.STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
Honestly, the public is sleeping on this mall. The supply and quality of products at these stores is better than at most across the lower mainland. Yet, the mall is eerily quiet compared to other malls, even during a pandemic.Please dont let these stores suffer from too few customers. Shop here for the good stuff this year. I promise its worth the trip, no matter where you commute from.
This is our favorite shopping mall in all of BC. Never disappointed with this place and I am yet to visit some stores there and I definitely excited for my next trip. Absolutely wonderful!
Tsawwassen Mills mall is the best mall I visited in Vancouver and surrounding area..no doubts.. spacious, with good varieties for shopping or just treats you deserve after long working week..
Love having a mall in south delta! Hopefully post covid will bring us a movie theatre too.
Nice place!!!If you want to do indoor shopping and spacious mall I have ever been out.Big advantage is that its out of the city which makes things better. Not very much crowded.In the time of Pandemic, social distancing is properly followed.
This is a very large mall with an abundance of parking and well marked entrances and exits.It is spacious and that makes it easy to follow the current Covid19 restrictions and keep social distances appropriately.There are plenty of stations to sanitize at.Many great stores to offer a wide selection of goods for most shopping interests.
As far as shopping malls go this one is really good. Wide variety of stores and the details/cleanliness of the building is best Ive seen in a mall. They have very nice wood inlay floors in one section. Both typical and unique food in the food court. Huge amounts of parking. If youre early for the ferry its a great place to spend some time.
Wasn’t impressed with the food court covid procedure. Maybe one poor lady getting to clean this huge space. No materials for you to do it yourself. We had to dig up napkins and use hand sanitizer. Just unacceptable compared to other malls, lougheed mall puts cards that say table sanitized and discard when your done your meal.
Spacious, lots to look at, very little people and not congested like other malls. Lots of deals to be found at the multiple shops here. Food court is great too. Nice washrooms and very well upkept. My go to place.
Good place to visit, attractive things are decoration , no problem of parking, Alot of cloth brands to have some shopping.
Huge spread of a mall; one-stop and shop; so many retail outlets on ALR put to good use; in ones own opinion!
Love this mall. Great stores and food court, lots of bathrooms and seating areas. Aisles are very large and airy. Never feels crowded.
Very clean and spacious with lots of food service support so much too choose.One really big missing is providing buggy or shopping cards. This is a huge place and when shopping multiple stores you have to run to your car and load then come back for more which is fine however considering the distance between shops it is a big hassle.
The onset of the virus has really made us all nervous on moving outdoors and I was the same until I actually saw how this mall had managed to keep things in place. Well placed markers around with the stores ensuring limited capacity in store. A lot of efforts put in by the staff and is highly appreciated
I just dnt like variety here when ever i go.. but many other people i know love this place.
Really enjoyed this group of great outlets in Delta! All brand names were represented and we had a super time shopping! We went on Wednesday evening and it was not overcrowded! Just a nice walkabout for sure. The food court has a limited variety but its ok. Tables were cleaned as soon as we got up to leave.
Inconsistent store times.Drove down from Richmond for the 3rd time to go to Bath and Body works to get gifts and also walk around (First time mall closed at 6 on a Friday, 2nd time I had to run and everything was too lined up). A lot of the stores were either not open at all or out for a break. Then I went to Bath & Body works last because it was on my way out and I knew exactly what I wanted, only to find that they closed 5 minutes early. When I worked in retail our mall insisted that we stay open 100% of the mall hours or there were fines. I worked all day and I did the best I could to get there quickly and get through the mall. I know its not ideal to be showing up 5 minutes before the store closes but I made the choice to go there last because I knew what I wanted.Plus, a lot of the stores had staff that just ignored people. I went into a couple of stores and wanted to ask questions, but staff just ignored me.I want to support local business and keep jobs for people, but as I left without what I needed yet again, I asked myself why I would bother to shop in the mall when they obviously dont have any interest in keeping customers. Ill be buying online for anything else I need from here.
Very nicely laid out, massive mall. There is a large variety of shops here, mainly focused on clothing. Bass Pro Shops sporting goods is a highlight for other items and some variety. Be prepared for lots of walking.The food court is centrally located with plentiful seating and lots of choices.Amongst our favourite malls in the lower mainland, but a bit of a trek so we dont go here too often.
This mall is fantastic! Has a ton of great shops and food. If you go nice and early when things are just opening you can avoid the big line ups due to health concern restrictions. You cant beat the amazing prices at some of these outlet stores! Perfect for those waiting for a ferry or coming off an earlier ferry before a long day of travel ahead.
Huge and has lots of different stores and good food. Good entertainment options and has a lot of great artwork (mostly beautiful first nations murals).
Best mall in the lower mainland. Wish there were a few more unique clothing stores. And also it is lacking coffee shops! Except Starbucks, which is on one end of the mall, there is no coffee shop! Other than that it is so well designed, you never get the crazy crowded mall feeling even when it is busy. Also every section has a different design, it is so unique and takes away the monotonous feeling of the malls.
I thought I would find more options of brand stores but was not the case. Prices are ok but nothing wow, same as in Vancouver I guess. I suggest to visit it just to have a knowledge.
I love this place. But I would really appreciate if there were more choices in the food court.
It was our first time going to Tsawwassen Mills, we thought it would be a lot better than it was. There really wasnt anything exciting just a plain boring mall. We definitely didnt see any deals there, not all stores were open and the only store we actually got anything at was the store with all Cajun spices. The Pepper Palace. There we actually spent $80 and got some good deals. He was very engaging an extremely knowledgeable and helpful, definitely made our experience there a much more enjoyable one.
This is a really good mall! Im usually not a fan of big shopping, but this has everything I could want for an afternoon of shopping. Lots of space to move around while social distancing and with shops of all kinds, I can pick up essential oils from Sage and then pick out a fab new pair of kicks. Perfect!
The Cross Iron Mills Bass Pro is more epic. This one is sad a bit. Well stocked though

Nice place to spend a day shopping with multiple options. Some of the stores are outlet store which offers great discounts. Thought the options are less to choose from. The food court was good nice options. I missed seeing the restaurant outside but would surely eat at one next time.Every store was following the Covid-19 protocols that was a good. Some stores had long queues due to this.
Beautiful artwork and lots of parking. My go to for gifts and getaway from large crowds. Best place to go, buy whatever you wish and get out of the weather.
Every store has their own sanitizer; gets to be a bit much on the nose. Arrows clearly marked on floors. Great deals today. Some shops are closing down or just not open. Food court was clean. Bass Pro has to be entered by front main entrance. Overall happy staff in stores, good bargains and enjoyed it today. Keep up the good work!
The Mall is only encouraging guests to keep a safe distance but not wearing a mask. I hope with the new Government Guidelines and restrictions, they will include the mask mandate. All other Malls are doing it, why can’t this Mall?

Definitely recommend this mall and theres also a couple of plazas adjacent to parking area that have many more great shops. Was very impressed how many quality stores were in and outside the mall!
It is a good mall. Really big lots of essential stores for my families consumer needs and wants. Big enough to get some walking in on a rainy day.
Nice. Most people wearing masks. Only a few did not. The same group that couldnt figure out the arrows on the floor. Not yet busy.

While the shops are good if you have allergies be careful with the food they sell. I had an allergic reaction at two different shops that assured me they had no milk in it even going as far as claiming it was completely veigan
Terrible place if you have a disability. The washrooms are few and far apart. Also they do not offer electric carts for the disabled. I was very rudely advised it was a management decision during covid. Weird, Walmart, Costco and Superstore all are still offering the carts. Its just as easy to sanitize those as it is a shopping cart. This mall is too big to remove that service for the disabled. Disabled needs dont stop because of Covid. The mall is sad and many many vacant stores or stores that were just closed. The deals arent that great for a mall that says they are an outlet. I personally will not come back.

Spacious and easy to keep distancing as the walkways are so wide. Over 90% of the stores are open. Very clean.
Visited on a weekday. Beautiful shopping centre with all the first nations art work. Makes it easy to shop while physical distancing. Lots of selections of 5star brands. My daughter, son and his friend and I spent a couple of hours shopping, eating at the food court then headed down to the nearby beach for photos. Great afternoon.
Good sale in this mall, I like Puma and Tommy is cheaper than any other mall , Tommy have 70%off. I can drink my coffee from Tim Hortons and shopping what I want . If you like to shopping and drinking with good price , I think this areas perfect for you.
Beautiful large indoor mall with lots of comfy seating throughout!All stores seem to be COVID aware and requiring masks and lineups, which moved quickly for a Sunday! Large food court that seemed to have too many Asian options but did have other food types as well. Lots of ample parking and a good variety of stores from higher end to dollarama
Great place , clean, just wish people could follow the social distancing signs , was a little irritated that guest services dont allow the use of their wheelchairs for my adult handicapped son but yet there was a place to rent stuffed animals on wheels that get cleaned after each child rides it, maybe the mall should look into cleaning the wheelchairs the same way :)

Many stores closed. Wandering the lengthy hallways one gets an almost spooky feeling as on this occasion there were few people present. Food court, normally the social centre, was deserted with employees at the stands looking quite bored.
I want to share the aweful shopping experience at C.K Tsawwassen mills store, the store cashier was very rude and unfriendly at the cash counter. They think that they are doing favor by selling the clothes and do not listen to the customer.I have been shopping at CK for past 4-5 years and it is been my favourite brand, but this is my first time experiencing such a rude and aweful customer service experience.

Too many lines, went to Bass Pro and went to another Mall. Thinking online shopping may be better for a while.Thank you for the response, No offence and I love your mall, I was excited when you built it but I believe that there are far too many restrictions in place and for that we all suffer. Hopefully, it will all end and your mall can be the incredible place that it once was.
It was great, good time to go in the week, not many people. You can get around all the stores easily.
I would give this place 2 stars... but there is this crepe stand inside the food court that earns the place 2 extra stars that actually earns 5 stars on its own. But ya; this mall is the worst all there is, is Bass pro shop thats it.... oh, and the crepe guy!! And I guess the leather store is pretty nice if you ride. But other than that its all just weird pop up stores that never last and nothing else that makes how far away this mall is, worth the drive. Too bad though cause the parking is awesome and the land is amazing but ya nothing else.
Boxing day was not a good time to go there were line ups at every store good thing we hit up guilford before tsawwassen there was no social distancing like I said line up were long that it went outside but other than that I love this mall just dont go on boxing day lol

Very clean and friendly environment. Thus week, there are many stores offering 50% to 70% off. Come here early in the morning after 10 AM on Saturday. You can enjoy whole day your shopping.

Hi there,I am writing this to the upper management for tsawwassen mills mall regarding a terrible experience today towards people with disabilities.We had visited the mall today after quite some time, and went to guest services to rent an electric wheelchair for my mom with walking disabilities, and both the ladies at the desk said they do not rent them out due to covid.This is a total discrimination against people with disabilities, and i find it absolutely ridiculous for the excuse of covid.When you go to groceries stores they have all hundreds of shopping carts and electric wheelchairs for use, and they are able to sanitize them after every use, so why cant the guest services attendees not able to sanitize electric wheelchairs? And there are only less than 10 electric wheelchairs.Very disappointed by this, this does not make it an equal shopping experience for all, excluding a person with disabilities is just discrimination.

Great mall for families with small children during summer.We come here to escape the heat and to have the kids walk around a bit.The halls are spacious (even during COVID 19) and lots of fun stores for kids to visit.Since its an outlet, there are lots of deals here and there (I once bought a $250 jacket for $50).Theres also free WI-FI which is a big plus.
