Its main door is preserved in lahore museum. Jhang city was a walled city with four gates. Once it was home to a heterogeneous society where Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs were living peacefully. These historical worship places are evidence of that tolerance.

This temple is one of oldest temples of this city. A very respectful place for hindus. Unfortunately its present condition is not good the govt should take initiative about it
