It was nice. Wide collection for everything. Little bit pricy but overall it was satisfying. You do have a food court there and nice parking space also.

My two recent visits to Big Bazaar werebig disappointment- minimum inventory on display(most of the shelves were empty) indifferent staff & most astonishingly very frequent power breakdowns with no? ppwer backup (shoppers left in total darkness inside the premises).

The acquisition deal by Reliance has just created havoc for big bazaar. Staff has been trimmed. Most of the items that were available on racks have exhausted and not replaced. It was a very bad experience. Unless the Reliance will come clear on its policy about Future Retail, it is better to avoid going there. Really disappointed as of now! It seems that they are trying to sell off the available stock to wind up the business operations !

Very good place for shopping... Four stars because they dont have pleated trousers, all the trousers are pleatless and close fitting which i dont like.

They sold me a winter jacket of brand Champion worth more than 3.5K which didnt servived for even a single winter session, colour faded away and chains are not working properly.

Taken over by Reliance,currently in transition, u wont find the things Big Bazar was known for. Shelves are empty.

Crowded but very good for a lot of things. For example i found stuff for cooking here that hard to get somewhere like jammu. But there are some very important things i couldnt get from here either so.

Many of the shelves in vegetables and grocery section are empty.Is Big Bazar into the business half heatedly.

Place is good for buying whole months groceries and other household items in a single go. However there are no substantial discounts, e.g., we shopped for about Rs 2000 but total discounts were less than Rs 50 instead opt for Amazon which delivers in Jammu and has better discounts.I recommend buying from local shops as it is equivalently good and wholesalers will give better discounts. Further unlike USA or west where there are limited Kiryana shops we have them at every nook and corner

During lockdown period there is very less products available. Old stock with minimum discount given to customer.Customer should took carrybag along with them, otherwise u have to pay 19 rs for the bag. There is place for parking the vehicle available with seasonal price of 20 rs

Place is good, and enough parking area, its situated near dogra chowk and built inside city mall complex( previously), store is like another big Bazar store across India.Note: due to covid pandemic u wont find much of your stuffs as the supply is limited.

The place is huge ...many things can be bought. Cheap products available especially in vegetables area.Every day today item is available distributed in four floor. One need to navigate a bit lot to search for the products. The staff is really helpful. One can easily spot them as thy hve wearing uniform.Entrance is wheelchair accessible too. Cash or card is accepted.The only demerit is thy sell stuff in paper bag or third class polythene bag which always have the chance to get break on way ...so it is advisable to carry jute or any strong material bag on Ur own.
