The Westside store had a good collection of cotton clothes but not too many woollen clothes. The home section also had a decent but pretty collection for Diwali. Did buy a few things.

Visited this place after one and half year......new renovation looks amazing......good for ethnic wear......ladies shoes section has ample variety.......as well as mens shoes.......kids section has also diversed variety of clothing..... Home decor section.....I loved it..... crockery items are just awesome..... overall a very good experience.....will visit again.....

Great place and a all under one roof store

It has been newly built and theres a complete make over of the store. Its much more spacious now and houses a large collection of clothes and shoes. Accessories and bags are also available to buy. The trial rooms are clean and the staff is helping too. The food vendors have been shifted on the outer portion. Theres a parking lot too but it can house only limited cars. Bikes and scooters can be easily parked. Overall, Im totally impressed with the new make over.

Well Stocked and Laid Out

I am a very old memeber of your shop but it was very experience today. First for alteration there was no person available for taking measurements and I had to wait for a long time secondly after giving me time of 5.30 pm it was not ready on time and I had to wait again. No proper response was there from your staff. Moreover u r deceiving PPL by giving false 60 percent off offer when on ground here is no stock. Pl live to the values of Tatas. Very basic experience.

Its a good place to buy ethics wear but with regard to western wear this place needs updation. What i could find at thre website is not on display and even the men section has less amount of clothes choices to chose from.Rather then that its a good place to find accessories shoes sandal ..all trendy. The Westside home is a place to be all. Thy really hve some cool option for home decor though one might find it bit expensive. But thre is no match for stuff at display..since pepperfry is yet to come in jammu ...this is a place to be at for home decor.

Very poor dealing at the biling counter

Nice collections i went there when there was summer sale going on.. and i saved soo bucks in sail guys.. otherwise they have good cotton Kurtis girls which is in budget also ...you can hang out your wardrobe with different kurtas with different colour and prints..i liked their collections that was my first visit but i personally liked their fabric quality and collections also.

Visited the newly renovated and upgraded Westside store, didnt have a good experience at all. The brand needs to carry its legacy and name everywhere is every city, but it fails miserably here in Jammu store. The staff lacks customer engagement and interaction, they are not sure about the location of clothes and variety available. Only one checkout counter works which is supposed to accommodate 7 customers at a time. No gift wrapping available, no bubble wrap. Didnt have a pleasant experience at all.

Good for clothing for women. Dominoz for couples. Movietime for romantic movies.

Large variety of apparel. Apparels for men, women and kids are available. Apparels for women in plus size are also available. Stuff for home styling like show pieces, perfumed candles, metallic stands, etc is available. In furniture one can find sofa sets, chairs, garden metallic chairs, wardrobes, almirahs, cabinets, etc. One can also find good quality bedsheets, bed covers, cushions, soft pillows and their covers.Westside has recently expanded.

Stuff & ambience is good. Only Problem is non availability of plus sizes for men.

Quite reasonable shopping area. Good collection of seasonal clothes especially for women. Also gift shop with a good range. Good childrens collection. Good place to shop in Jammu and quite popular too.

Store isnt well organised at all. Too many things on the racks without proper space to move about and explore. I am a regular shopper at other Westside outlets, Some of their regular brands were missing like Lia. Size options were very limited. Sadly this is one outlet I wont return to.
