I am permanent customer of Alpha Collection, My first visit was 5 Years back & was very impressed with quality of products since then I am visiting the shop regularly.I recommend this shop for grocery shopping.

Nice store in Janipur area. You may get almost everything thing here. First floor contains toys, undergarments leather belt etc. You have park your two/four wheeler outside the store only. Shop accept also credit/debit cards too.

On 14-07-2020, i visited to the Alpha shop Janipur for purchasing some items. There in the shop i saw that employees of that shop are without mask and many peoples without maintaining social distance were purchasing their items. when i brought this thing in the notice of the owner of this shop who was sitting on the counter that why you are allowing so many customers at the same time to enter in your shop. Why not you allow one by one.He told me that this is none of your business. I told him i will complain to D.C Jammu . He told me not even DC you should complain before Governor office. But there is nobody who could take action against me.

Customer service is not satisfactory, while enquiring availability of some items nobody is sure in short God knows how this shop is running.

Wish the owners were a little less arrogant and more humble in the store (there is a huge world out there outside of Alpha collection!), that always helps and could never hurt. The store is otherwise well stocked with most if not all things youd need.
