Nice experience. Since last one year I visited two Ford dealers due to some missing spare part, but nobody showed any interest except the routine operations. At novelty it was a excellent experience. All staff at entry, reception, counter staff, service staff everybody was caring, helpful and charges were quite genuine. Will definitely visit in near future.

Sir/MadamI got my car serviced on 26th December,19. The overall experience was good. But my car is giving fuel mileage of 12.5 litres per litre which is against the mileage claimed of18-19kms per litre by the company. During service I was told that the mileage will get better as you drive more since it had run only 4700 Kms. Sir I bought Ford as I was told that company has revamped the car but I feel cheated. I was in two minds between Honda Amaze and Ford. I chose Ford. My friends who bought Honda Amaze tell that their car is giving mileage of 17-18kms per litre in Nangal.Secondly the Ford should have more service centers. I had to travel 100kms to get my car serviced. Nearest service center is 100kms from Nangal or either in Chandigarh or JalandharKindly consider my issues.RegardsPraveen khosla

Misleading, they will sell u pre billed cars, my warranty was adjusted later, and do get everything in writing from them. Their mechanics are untrainned, horrible experience and service, no value for customers

I appreciate Jatinder Singh, Service Adviser, for his carefully considered service recommendations. On my last visit, he recommended a cost-effective solution to a leakage at the top of the engine block. On my visit yesterday, he recommended cleaning of the throttle valve and assembly. It has resulted in smoother acceleration and much fewer gear changes even in city traffic.I also appreciate the work done by Inderjeet Singh, the mechanic assigned to the cleaning. He took meticulous care and a fair amount of time to clean the throttle valve and assembly, with impressive attention to detail as he went about this job.I also appreciate the complementary washing of the car.

Poor ServiceBefore buying the vehicle they said many things which they denied after we purchased the carThey told us 5 years warranty but after we purchased they said company provide only 2 years warranty, our sales man told you 5 years warranty by mistakeThey told us rti insurance and gave normal depcap and still we are making rounds to convert our dep cap insurance into rtiAnd still we havent got car body cover even after 5 days from purchasing the carTotaly inexperienced staffNow i came to know why Ford is selling only few cars as compared to other brandsI will never recommend anyone to buy a car from novelty ford jalandhar
