This place is the worst place ever. I ordered a pizza last night from zomato . I waited 2 hours. The order was still in the kitchen. No live tracking was there. I paid money online. Money was cut from my account. No one came from zomato. They stolen my money.

Total waste of money as I was planning to eat best pizza in Jalandhar my friend and me visited this place yesterday. Staff was polite and well mannered but the problem was with Pizza.At first glance I came to know the base is not fresh and price was way to expensive for a medium size pizza. Pizza was undercooked.they can do better but I am not visiting this branch anymore.

These guys always do some mistakes that makes me quit using them. I have ordered this time from dominos after almost 6 months but guess what they are still consistent in making mistakes with orders. I ordered and paid for stuffed garlic bread but they sent me plain garlic bread. I m seriously done with service and on the top they claim 30 minutes delivery guarantee which they fail every time so why they don’t change their policies.

One star, because I cannot make it -500. Where do I start, it’s one of those places, that ticks every single column in “NO” section.- approx 10 minutes wait before someone acknowledged u- another 5 minutes wait before someone took our order and charged us- well I guess, all three guys had emergencies on their personal phones, as evident by their laughing while taking on mobile phones- we asked for sizes and no one was able to tel us how big pizzas were, I mean seriously showing an empty pan to customer is soooo hard, but then again they probably never washed their pans (as evident from dirty and oily crusts)- finally ordered and paid, but wait another 15 minutes, and ask staff again, whether order went through or not, and being told sorry, it just went through now- another 20 odd minutes, till we get the order- pizzas felt both Under and over cooked at the same time- crust tasted and smelt like off-beer- crust was dirty from corners, like burnt grease, and very oily- and store itself wasn’t that clean either, felt more like a highway dhaba rather than upscale RestaurantI answered the message I got with genuine review and store manager (or area manager) wasn’t that interested in feedback. But then again a store manager, doesn’t care enough about the logo of the store being upside down, what can be expected as for company image and customer feedback?I personally would not be visiting the store again.
