Pathetic Service , Our cargo was booked on 24th July 2020 from Karachi to Islamabad . Its 29th July 2020 today . But not arrived yet . Upon further inquiry today . They told us that Cargo is still in Karachi with them and will leave from Karachi tonight. Now we are in very embarrassing situation in front of our customer. Highly unprofessional and pathetic service . Staff is not cooperative either. Extremely disappointing attitude and service, think before availing cargo service from them , u can be in serious embarrassing situation and even loose your customer as well.
