Poor Service Islamabad to Lahore (Executive class), Entertainment system is not working, and no curtains in the bus.

Because they are growing and becoming payoneer of inter city bus services so services are going from best to ok and now pathetic. They have no wifi in business class even on phone booking they said yes. No refreshment In Highly charged business class. And I am witnessed an old lady ask for water they said you have already got one 500ml water bottle so no more water . Thats the bad side of picture in Pakistan when you know you are now one of the Tycon of your field. You are.going to loose your.moral.values and services. Lolzzz. How Ill mannered they are. LHR to Peshawar 1850rs with no wifi, no refreshment and only one 500ml water bottle. if you are a patient or need more water you will not get entertained more. And they will not agree to stop bus for buying water. Lolz and where is govt ?

Third class service not comfortable seats and even wifi didnt work

I got a ticket for Gilgit a month ago but this time they said i will have to go to another Terminal.

Three seats nos. 9,10 and 11 were booked and tickets were purchased 2 days before leaving. on Wednesday night on 04-12-2019, when my family reached, they did not allowed them to set on the booked seats. The first and last 2 seats were given to my family. Booking clerk at peer wadhi and Islamabad complaint centre was contacted but they did not helped to provide the booked seats.

They are just making money I came from islamabad some couple of months ago. they charged me of Business class and they were having no such bus to travel to karachi, business class is only to lahore and multan. and even they didnt allow us to sit in the business class waiting rooms throughout the journey. they are the most fraud company i have ever seen before. i will give then -5 stars. cheap people cheap service.you know what the bus was having some technical fault and they started the journey 3.5 hours late and the bus generator was repaired four times on this long route.finally we had changed after crossing punjab by strike. so do not travel in this service it is the best suggestion i have ever given to someone.rest is upon you.. Make a good decision for convenient travel.God bless you all from such deception.

Good service at cheaper rates

The host, usually a girl, is not hospitable. I think the should switch to boys if girls hate to be hostesses. Faisal movers dont so things professionally. Giving of refreshment and cold drink seems like giving alms to beggars in board . I traveled from Sukkur to Islamabad a week back. While the bus was about 25 kms short of Peshawar Road where the motorway ends, I had the urge to use washroom. I requested the driver to stop at the nearest place possible with convenience facility There was a fuel pump with the facility of a shop and to freshen up. The driver did not stop. I could barely hold and as a matter of fact I almost leaked a couple of drops of pee the moment the bus stopped for refueling at Peshawar Road. I wanted to bash up the arrogant and inhuman driver.

Bought ticket for Rawalpindi to khanewal but dropped me off in Kabirwala saying that khanewal is only 10 km away from Kabirwala but didnt say anything when I bought the ticket

The staff is rude rude and arrogant. The guards are useless. Istead of guiding the customers they behave like a thug like customers have no value.

Had a really bad experience with KCS( Faisal Movers Cargo Service). They misguided me not compensated me for what they did wrong. Not recommended at all

Company staff needs to be more professional in terms of customers dealing. Bad experience with its logistics department, after dozens of attempts of phone calls, they referred me to IJP road center, upon reaching there, they asked me to go to city terminal.
