I along with my wife performed umra through Margalla Hill Travels (MHT). My 85 years old father was also with us. Col Abdul Qayyum and his staff made sure that all arrangements suited us. He was specially very concerned about my father and therefore took pains to ensure best possible care for us in Saudi Arabia, throughout. For some technical reason, I was unable to get local mobile SIM, so staff of MHT ensured to stay in touch with us everywhere we moved. I thank MHT and entire staff for their close care, professional competency and personal kindness of Col Qayyum for me, my family and especially my father.

The God honoured me n my wife to perform umrah last month. This great journey to Holly cities was successfully managed by Col Quyyum sb of Margalla Hills Travel and Tours. This was personally looked after by himself and his skilful staff. They make this journey remmerable for me which was comfortable n hassle free, accommodation was managed at next step of Harm sharif. Sharing transport was also very good they picked us from Madina air port & dropped at hotel reception at mid night. While reaching Makka there was a little confusion regarding hotel reservation of mellienium Tower which was resolved by their counter part by reaching at hotel reception within next minute. I was reffered by an old friend based on his umrah experience with MHTT so i decided to hire their services for umrah with my family.Their team is very very humble and forthcoming.Their quotation was very competitive and infact the lowest out of all the travel agencies i asked for a quote.They managed airline,hotels,visa and even the inland transport in saudi arabia for our visit.Against all odds and despite very tight deadline given by us which i beleive was mismanagement on my familys part to ask for exquisite services in a very short time,they delivered the best they could and kept in touch throughout our tour on every step from airport to kabbah and back home.They had our visas stamped in a very short time,even arranged appointment for us at the etimad office saving us all the effort on our end.Their team lead Colonel Sb. even guided us on the intracacies of the spiritual journey which was very welcoming and exacting for us as clients.The only reason i am giving a 4 star is because of a minor inaccuracy in the hotel at madinah.I had categorically stated that i wanted a 5 star hotel near gate 17/22 which is the southern ladies gate for ease of female members in my group and hotel turned out to be 4 star.I had no issues with a hotel being 4 star if the hygiene had been better than what we experienced.I am not sharing the name of the hotel on purpose because it is associated to the city of our beloved Prophet S.A.W.WOther than that it was a wondeful experience and it is the goodwill of the members of thier hardworking team esp Mr Jawad and Mr Naeem that will stay in our fond memories for a long time and we would defintely want to avail their services if we plan an international tour again insha Allah.God bless MHTT and God speed for future endeavours.They were remembered in our prayers at every step our journey esp in the moments of first sight at kabbah.Maaz Ali Awan
