Pathetic refund policy and business ethics.They are shady and aren’t transparent with customers. I purchased and cancelled two ISB-DXB round trip tickets before 6pm same day.I was charged PKR 9500 cancellation fee per ticket and on top of that they put me through a nightmare for refund.At the time of cancellation, I was told the refund will hit my account the next day, sadly it took them 20 days to refund PKR 107, 850.To circumvent unnecessary headache, buy your tickets online directly from the airlines or another travel agents.

Visited for dubai tourist visa. Absurd conditions just for dubai turist visa. Guarantee cheque of blood relative amounting 200k required. This was informed to me after the payment was received from me for visa. Blocked my payment even when they called me to come and collect the payment the same day I deposited.

I got a seat reservation through Faremakers travel channel(website) in Pakistan. Due to some reason I had to cancel the said reservation? Turkish airlines gave me in writing that 130 USD will be deducted in case of refund in the class i got seat reserved. however Faremakers told me 160 USD and ultimately charged 171 USD. Height of being unfair is that they will refund my cash in 45 days. how pathetic and unbecoming it is. Now u can very well imagine there performance.
