Franchise was going through renovation work at the time of i visted. No services was available at the time 3 weeks ago. So make confirmatin befor visit so inconvenience can br minimized

What a pathetic customer care, wait for 15 minutes to connect with some supervisor but no one attended my call

The staff was working too slow. They were having gossips with each other while i and other customers were waiting.

Most pethatic service I have ever seen. SOPs of COVID-19 not being followed. I deposited Rs. 2500 for data sim package at 11am and still I am waiting for transfer of balance. Employees were chating with each other and listening their personal calls. Madam sitting over there told told me that the senitizer kept on the desk is for employees not for cliets

When i was visited there Sim machies were not working soni dont get the sim hut overall dealings were good

Staff was very rudeThere was this lady sitting there she clearly seem to be not interested in the job. She didnt even know how to check phone history really made me angryI had to pay bill my number was blocked I asked her if my number will be reactivated once bill is paid she said yes it will b reactivated immediately after payment then I asked for number so that I can contact and I dont have to come back in case number remain blocked she reluctantly gave me the numberWell as suspected number remained blocked and the number she gave was going was off I had to go back and get it fixedVery noncooperative and reluctant staff no professionalism

Bad placing between residential area, keep parking cars infront of my gate and streets. Disappointing people

Terrible service. I went there to get my Sim changed. The staff made a mistake and I ended up with a blocked Sim that had to be reopened at the head office in blue area. The staff did not apologize and the manager seemed least concerned
