I am surprised to see the behavior of Islamabad Police and their cooperative behavior because Islamabad Police is famous for being rude and no ease creating behavior.luckily they have this center named as Islamabad Police Citizen Service Center to facilitate the citizen. its basically one window operation procedure to handle the issues with verification from online national database. photos will show you how they work and what they are sitting for. one definitely have many services related to the police under the one roof. I appreciate the effort of police department whoever did this, it will be great ease for the citizen to connect with Islamabad Police.

Had visited this place the only difference there which discriminate Them from police station is computer except that don’t expect any thing extra ordinary same rude behaviour and arrogance ,in charge (officer)enjoying tea inside office with friends having chit chat about corrupt system

Its Citizens Service Centre also called Police Facilitation Centre. Staff deputed there is very cooperative. They are issuing character certificate, Vehicle verification, Copy of FIR, Drivers learner permit and much more. Best place for citizens who dont want to visit Police station.

I Went for my police clearance certificate there. And it was just like am sitting with my friend next to me in the uniform. Great ambience ever seen. They just have a best behaviour with the citizens they give respect and am happy to say that I respect them bc they respect me. It was a good experience to see the other best part of Islamabad police. Very nicely they help and give you every information until you understand. I Appreciate that work. Its a great pleasure for me to be proud of Pakistani national now. I hope Pakistan will be getting in the most educated and best behaviour humans in the world.Thanks PMIK

I got my Police Character Certificate Application filed within no time. So full marks for that! Cant really comment on the time it takes to file an actual FIR or report a theft. Although it is nice to see such a revamp. This needs to be implemented all across the country. They dont have a phone number or an online status check though, so its a little difficult to check the progress of your application / FIR
