The staff at the reception is very courteous and extremely efficient in their work* Ma’am Fatima (Customer Care Officer) is truly the epitome of care; she makes you feel so welcome and at home that half of the anxiety of coming to hospital instantly vanishes. Not only this, her care continues well after admission too.* Dr. Gen Kayani and his team of competent cardiologists take extremely good care of you. Keeping calm; taking time to listen to the patients history, allaying anxiety; above all, always being there to take care of you!!* This truly is one -of-a-type of institution. I was entitled to for a free treatment for my wife in others hospital but I opted to do her procedure here. Primarily due to the captaincy of the doctors and also the close level of care from the janitorial staff to the nursing staff.Also top management is very accessible. Very bad hygienic conditions and unprofessional behavior in Covid testing section. to make money they generating positive reports for PCR test.

I am regular patient of general sb.i regularly check me up after every three months. I always found general sb and the staff having an amicable behaviour with me and all patients.

Medikay Cardiac Centre is one of the best cardiac hopital in islamabad, Staff is very professional and facility members are highly quilified.

This place has a lot of name as a state of the art hospital for cardiac health. But the experience was quite pathetic in an emergency visit. An acute diabetic and high bp patient with chest and left arm pain was got referred from nearby Begum Jan hospital at night. ECG test had been carried out and found normal by the duty doctor at Begum Jan Hospital. However, he suggested to get Cardiac Enzymes test to be on safer side.At Midkay, first the guard rudely behaved that why more than one person is accompanying the patient. Then the staff started ECG again despite telling that it has been done just 5-10 min ago. They said the doctor has asked for this. They took patient to a room and passed canola. They were making calls to the doctor and God knows where he was. It took forty minutes and then the doctor appeared. When asked u didnt accept 5 minutes old ECG but now ur own hospitals ECG is 40 minutes old, he couldnt justify and said he didnt recommend it. It revealed that canola, ECG and retention were just time pass procedures in wait of doctor or to enhance bill. We telephoned the incharge but he was also not sure what to say. We came out and they didnt even charge the bill despite our insistence.It took about 40 minutes for a doctor to reach a high bp and sugar patient with chest and left arm pain in a cardiac hospital. Had it been a heart attack the patient would have expired. So unreliable.

Dangar doctor rakhay hai the junior staff operated my mother for angiography without anaesthesia and she suffered great pain. Poorly managed place. You have to wait for hours the staff is very rude towards attendants. Disappointed.

Ideal place for good quality treatment with affordable cost

Had a chance to visit this hospital last week, run by a seasoned Retired medical generalDo you know how they dispose their medical waste !Pack in large blue and red bags and throw from back of the building to adjacent “NALA”Surprised?I couldn’t get a chance to make movie or photos but sure you ask them about disposal system till now , they wouldn’t be able to answerPathetic isn’t it ?Probably this could be one of the reasons to build an important hospital right on the filthy drain and to further pollute it .Good scheme a a General for general people

It is fourth class LAB in terms of Covid Testing and other facilities.

Very unprofessional and poor management. You have to wait for hours for your appointment. It was overbooked and is very expensive. I was not expecting this from such a private hospital.

Its a best private hospital for Cardiac patients..

Appointment time was 4:30 pm and we were at the hospital at 4:10pm. Now it’s 6:15 pm and we are still waiting. Poor management. Another greedy money making hospital who over books patients.

Emergency services were very impressive!My uncle had severe chest pain and we took him to the emergency in serious condition. Without any delay, the hospital staff helped him straight into the ER as soon we entered the hospital premises.The on-duty doctor and nursing staff quickly diagnosed the problem, and were efficient in starting their treatment. The staff was really friendly, professional and courteous. Later on, I learnt that all doctors and nurses have several years of experience in cardiac emergency.My uncle is stable now after undergoing angioplasty and has routinely scheduled follow ups.Highly recommended for all cardiac care, with great service and professional staff.

Came in Emergency at 4 am. Had a strong abdominal pain. The staff was quite vigilant and courteous. Got Discharged after couple of hours, went back home feeling much better and content. The doctor on call catered to all of my queries after I got before being discharged.Highly recommend this hospital for its efficient services.
