Too lazy staff.incompitent doesnt know how to deal with accounts.they are inexperienced.british council was good in old times now they have appointed tired Pakistanis ,,,this some of lazy people of this nation wants to show everyone that they are very genius.unluckily we were urged to go there

Very easy approach ... Lovely and helpful staff.. very well guided the process for canadain visa application.

The guards were extremely rude.There was no waiting area inside the building, we were made to wait outside in direct sunlight.I was sweating very badly.

There is not any information desk for visitors even not entry is allowed to get information about documentation or any issue

It’s not at all a good experience at all .Actually main reason what I guess is that they are providing an average serviceBut when comes to service charges they are taking a lot of money from the people for just visa services where all documents have been completed by the people .I applied for turkey visit visa. They have taken 7400 per application service charges which were 2400 2 months ago .2ndly when I went there they told me u need to photocopy these papers .They charged 36 rupee for 1 page .So its my advice pls try to complete all the documents at your home .And even after taking a lot of money their services were pathetic .Gerry = greedy for money

Waiting outside the building to take tokens is quite an embarrassing and challenging task. No sheds to take cover from heat and rain. Very sick mechanism. The time slot must be strictly followed.
